I have used a few sales enablement tools including arguably the leader in the industry, so was looking to see what other options were out there before I signed us up with them. I came across reply and their sales team did a great demo and we just evaluated Reply on a 14 day trail to automate a lot of the leg work we were doing manually. My findings: 1. The product is excellent and is up there with the top sales enablement tools and at a great price. (its a 50c per hour increment to your labour component of cost of sales which for what you get in return in terms of productivity is great!) 2. The real-time e-mail evaluation tool is incredible and I retweeked some of my box standard emails using it and the results were way better! 3. The LinkedIn integration is incredible. If you are a heavy Linkedin user this gets you going fast directly into lists and sequences and you can validate e-mails. You can get the advanced Linkedin Automation where a sequence step is connection requests, inmails and browsing profiles. 4. Sales and support were great - free trials of products don't have all the features which is understandable because companies bear cost 5. Defining time zones for contacts and reaching them at the right time is great! Obviously if they travel you cannot control that. 6. Being able to look at acitivity stats and seeing which people you can contact in priority to others. 7. Sales and Support are great and very responsive. It got us great interactions and sales leads actively in the funnel that we are now working on. Coming from using the industry leader product I was impressed. Reply gets my thumbs up!
1. The pricing options were a little confusing and needed some reading and it was not clear at times what was or wasn't in the package you wanted to buy at the end of the trial 2. NOTE: There are three tabs you need to navigate to get all the pricing at the time of writing this review which I should have noticed (duh on me). 3. You can also see the options in your settings in your account at the time of writing this review so the self-service option is great. 4. Whether you pay monthly or yearly this is still great value when you break down the labour cost increment over an annual subscription which I calculated to 50c an hour on a 9 hour work day on the Professional package of $90 per month 5. With 20 work days in an average month. If used properly you do get the 50c back per hour many times over!
1. Automation - Getting targets straight out of Linkedin and getting them into Sequences fast. 2. Quality Assurance - email verification, email warmup and verification means you're sending out emails to real email addresses and your reputation is also intact 3. Knowledge from Data - no more sending out manual e-mails replies and not being able to measure what is going on on the other end. Everything is measurable. 4. Decision making and time management - Knowing which leads and customers to focus on at the right times.
Where to begin? We've been using Reply.io for quite some time now, and it has become the core of our outreach services for our agency. We love how much evolution there has been on the platform since we first started. Whereas traditional products and solutions are given at face value, Reply is constantly working with their product team to release new features and make their products and solutions more user-friendly and relevant for their different use cases. The team also go above and beyond your traditional support. They are quick to support you whenever it's needed, and they genuinely feel like an extension to our team. Big shoutout to Olga, Eugene and George for always making us feel valued!
It's tough to say precisely. There is nothing we dislike about the product or the team specifically; however, just like any product or solution in technology, there can sometimes be downtime on the platform that can result in a bit of catching up on your campaigns. This is extremely rare, however, and the additional work to catch up is minimal and no different than you would have on another platform.
Reply has allowed us to streamline our outreach services for our agency significantly. Many of our traditional SOPs were scrapped when we implemented Reply, as it allowed us to automate a significant amount of our previous manual tasks. Since regularly updating the platform, it's also allowed us to get more granular with our campaigns as the team continues to release new features and tools that are well thought out for any relevant use case.
Simple interface. Apart from that, nothing.
The list is very long First of all, 1. They offer lower pricing only to deceive customers to try their software. Once somebody has tried, they will force a three-month minimum period that they did not mention on their pricing page. 2. There is no auto-renew button or option on their plans and billing page, yet they will automatically charge you. 3. There is no option to cancel the subscription on the plans and billing page. They want you to contact them, but HOW. They do not have a support email id or Phone number. The only way is the chat which also is not 24x7. 4. When you contact them to refund the amount they wrongly charged, they would tell you that there is no refund policy and redirect you to the policies page.
We could not solve any problem. Using the software only added more problems
It's a very good tool and has helped us a lot in terms of sales automation and cold outreach to potential customers. This has been used by our sales team in a very extensive manner.
Pricing is a slight problem but that's understandable as they have huge costs with them but this could be better if they give some sort of discounts to small agencies
We had a huge issue in cold outreach to potential customers and this tool has helped us a lot in terms of outreach and it has made the whole sales pipeline very smooth
We vetted several other sales automation platforms (outbound.io, SalesLoft) before winding up with ReplyApp. We chose them because of their relative cost and the fact that ReplyApp has all the bare-bones fundamentals of what you're looking for in platform like this (basic reporting, automated bumps, A/B testing, automated removals from drip campaigns). But by far the best aspect of Reply so far has been their customer service. Twice I've called to change our subscription / ask questions and both times was greeted by a co-founder who provided prompt, friendly service and genuinely wanted to know if I was receiving value from the tool.
Reporting around email could be better. It's still pretty manual for us to glean meaningful insight into the success of each campaign, but this feedback is mainly based on UI preferences rather than actual functionality.
We use ReplyApp to run targeted outbound email campaigns. It's very easy to upload CSVs, set up a campaign, write copy, and push the campaign live within about an hour.
I love how easy it is to plan and schedule sequences without having to worry about the campaign breaking – because if it does, I get a notification in my log on the platform where I can easily go and resolve the issue in a few minutes. Amazing UI, especially if you compare to heavy platforms like Hubspot – Reply is actually built for startups who want to grow and move fast.
It's been 4 months I've been using Reply and there are no issues I have faced. The customer support is super fast and responsive. If I face any issue which I cannot resolve myself, then the support team has been able to resolve it within 12 hours. That being said, I still feel the platform is a bit heavy on pricing but I can assure you will get the value for your money if you're able to convert your customers.
Super user-friendly drip campaigns, unlike all other tools I have used (Hubspot, Snov, Lemlist, etc). You have the ability to create multi-channel sequences, targeting everything from LinkedIn to Calls, to Emails. Lastly, I love the insights the Outbox feature gives me – truly one good innovation here. There are new features being added every week like the recently added email warmup feature (which you get for free here unlike on other sales automation platforms like Lemlist).
Reply has a very easy to understand interface . You can quickly add your information and set up campains. Plus it has templates to help you get started. For people who aren't very tech savvvy, you wont feel overwhelmed by using Reply because it is very straightforward. The groups for templates is pretty sweet as well. The team is actively updating it and there's always something new in the announcement section which is always a good thing to see from a startup product as it shows they are actively listening and developing the software. The reporting dashboard looks very intuitive and fresh to give an overview of all the calls and emails with a visual dashboard of everything going on for your sales team. Lastly, Reply has a zapier integration which is very useful to connect to other tools which can be good.
There's not much that I dislike about Reply.io. I would like if they had better pricing however as the team plans can be costly. I do understand however some of their competitors are even more expensive so I don't believe they are out of the ordinary as this is a enterprise level outreach system. I would also like to see even more native Integrations as well as other automation integrations like Pabbly Connect, Integromat and Intergrately as well as more CRM systems. A google sheets integration would be very useful as well
Building connections and brand awareness through developing easy to use outreach systems.
Only good thing I liked about this software was the Linked-In multi channel outreach. Unfortunately it constantly gets disconnected.
They are very predatory when it comes to pricing and renewals. No notice is provided and they auto charge your card without making it clear. There is no way to cancel or remove your credit card from the platform without contacting them directly. I tried cancelling and they charged my $500 because I was three days past the renewal date. Their monthly rate is $90 on the website so this made no sense. Definately would not reccomend to anyone, way better tools out there who are much more reasonable for renewals and customer service.
We saved time prospecting and reaching out to cold leads to warm them up.
