Intuitive platform and superior customer support!
There are some features and functionalities that are a bit difficult to find.
It helps me generate new business opportunities
I feel that the email verification and then ease with which I can deposit those emails into different sequences is the best part about Reply. It makes the workflow 10X as efficient and useful to me.
The only real downside to reply is that it has a slight learning curve, but that curve is aided by the 24/7 customer support chat that has answered countless questions from me in less than 5 minutes. They're the best.
Reply has improved my cold outreach open rates from around 34% open rates before using Reply to now an average open rate of 91% of my first outreach email. The improvement in deliverability is the best problem solve that I've experienced.
Triggers Automation Integration with Zapier
Experience a lot of issues with catch Support is not helpful many cases
Automating campaigns based on engagement
You don't have to be a rocket scientist. The ease of setting up and using the platform is impressive
Overall...my experience has been positive. Good support too.
New business development and reaching new clients
Reply allows our large agency to easily manage, monitor, and edit campaigns and create lists of prospects. Their LinkedIn email finder is top-notch as well.
No downside at the moment, they've got great features rolling out (I am a beta member).
Reply helps us connect with the right prospects by email outreach.
I have been using Reply for over 7 years now and have seen the constant progression of their software. They've added many new helpful features but what has been the biggest surprise is though the software has added many more features, the UI and UX have continued to impress and it's one of the most functional and easy to use tools.
If any, I would like to see more integrations that allow for auto sending (like LinkedIn messaging or whatsapp)
Reply has allowed my Sales team to target our B2B market at scale and their built-in email verification tool is vital when we send in scale.
What I like most is the simple and clear design of the user interface. I found my way around very quickly after a few days and the understandable explanatory videos from the Academy. Now I regularly get good results, i.e. appointments :). I am thrilled and look forward to the upcoming features.
I think it's good that reply is moving further in the direction of a CRM system. At least that's how it looks to me. And that is exactly what is not yet mature at the moment. Maybe there will be sales pipelines soon :).
Reply is my virtual assistant that reliably and punctually runs through the pre-set sequence. This makes my cold email campaigns much easier. This has reduced my work time on email campaigns by about 70% per week.
The best thing about Reply is how automatable it is. You just create a sequence of emails, put someone in the sequence, and it sends them your initial email + followups automatically. This is a huge improvement on doing things manually. Let me break it down. If you're cold-emailing 10 people a day, and following them up every 2 days, that means: day 1: 10 emails day 2: 10 emails Day 3: 10 emails + 10 followups from day 1 (20 total) day 4: 10 emails + 10 followups from day 2 (20 total) Day 5: 10 emails + 10 followups from day 3+ 10 2nd followups from day 1 (30 total) It gets out of control! And that's for just 10 emails, which really isn't a lot. Reply lets you just send that first email, then automate the followups. Too easy.
Reply is just not a CRM, which is fine really - but it does mean that it's hard to keep track of who's received which sequence, and when. This just meant that I needed to track this in an external tool.
Scaling cold email! Cold email is an important lead generation strategy for me - but doing it manually is extremely time consuming, to the point of not being worth it. Reply lets me have it both ways.
Powerful sales tool with a very simple and intuitive UX. A must-have tool for every sales team and every entrepreneur/startup.
The Google Chrome integration is very buggy.
Automate sales process.
Reply.io is extremely user-friendly and easy to use. Setting up outreach campaigns is easy. With their great reports and analytics sales and marketing teams can adjust their messaging and content to generate engagement. I've tried many different platforms: Hubspot, Outreach.io, Sales Loft and hands down Reply.io has the best tools and is no doubt, the best value.
Hoping more native integrations are coming as there is an explosion of different CRM systems on the market. I've used Reply.io with Hubspot and Outlook. The setup was a little kluny for Outlook and there's no native integration into Hubspot that I can recall.
One great thing is that they are adding LinkedIn touchpoint automation. Now you can add LinkedIn connection requests or InMail messages and automate them in the tool. I don't believe any other vendor is able to do that.
Customer service team is speedy and incredibly helpful, even when the issue/ticket is beyond the scope of their platform. Natalie is the best. Very intuitive platform as well.
I have nothing negative to say! Great product, great service team.
Outbound Email Campaign Management
- Their team is very open to customer feedback and tries to improve the platform quickly. Customer support is quick; - The platform is user-friendly. It will not take much time for new users to get used to it. Generally, the platform easily integrates into work processes; - The robust admin functionality provides notable freedom to administrators, distinguishing it from some competitors; - I like their analytics. It shows pretty much everything I want to analyze; - The Reply extension proves highly useful, surpassing similar offerings from competitors..
Optimization. It lags sometimes, but nothing critical.
- Email automation with personalization; - Multichannel prospecting; - Analytics; - SDR team performance management; - AB test prospecting ideas. - Email search.
Perfect usability for salespeople. Easy-to-understand interface and functionality that is very quickly explainable to the newcomers and juniors. Client support and success teams are THE MOST RESPONSIVE YOU MAY EVER IMAGINE - they are just the best. It's perfectly integrated with Hubspot and Salesforce. The pricing policy is really flexible - they aren't yet a market leader who pushes all the users to pay and don't give a hack abut the churn and satisfaction of their clients - they CARE. If you're stupid enough like I am for instance, and you've missed a month of service that you've paid for - if you getly ask, they will be that gentle and super client-oriented and will give you a month more to try... or if you aren't used to work with software solutions like this - their success team will gently TEACH you how to use their stuff:) Just to avoid you to churn, lol.
Sometimes (I have no idea why) the front-end IS SO VERY SLOW. The absence of the ability to add several emails to one person (the main identifier is the email, so if someone has 3-5-20 emails - the person gets multiplied accordingly)
All outbound activities of my company companies that I partner with as a consultant are covered by Reply.io
Simple to get going, decent templates if you are new to sequences of emails, good support for multichannel (automated LinkedIn in beta), integration via Zapier into Hubspot, excellent support + they are a Ukrainian company :)
I'd like a better integration with Hubspot but I don't think HS will allow it as it is competitive to their Sales professional package (£450 a month!).
Managing outreach with limited time while bootstrapping a startup, it's invaluable for refining our PMF while building pipeline. I've used a few tools like this and it is the best so far.
Reply.io has been easy to use, reducing the learning curve substantially. But the real star of the application is its Support team. Always responsive, always accurate, and always friendly. Not only do they reply (no pun intended) within the chat window, they follow up almost immediately with a summary email so the response is well documented. Highly recommend!
The only thing I would recommend at this point in my experience is adding an email builder with "objects" and enhanced graphics.
We are currently using Reply.io for cold email delivery to gain opt-ins for our campaigns. The ability to throttle email sending, validate emails, and build sophisticated sequences easily has been very helpful.
Above all the functionality the software has to offer, I'm most impressed by their customer service team. I talk to their CX team 3-4 times a week, know them all by name, have relationships with them all, and they've been incredibly helpful. This is not a "plug and play" back and forth response that we're used to seeing. It's a conversation with real people that dive into your account and help you optimize. It's been a treat to work with them and their developers to remedy any problems that may come up, or a simple touchpoint just to double-check that our settings or sequences are set up properly. Regarding the actual software, it's the most robust outreach software I've used, and I'm obsessed with the sales software. Blows Lemlist, HubSpot sequences, Outreach.io, and everyone else out of the water. The level of granularity you're offering to ticker with is insane. From the settings, to the sequences, to the cadences. It's just incredible. You have the freedom to experiment and curate a wonderful experience for your prospects, and the possibilities truly seem limitless. Best feature: You can manage multiple email addresses under one account. You can even add them directly into sequences. The days of logging in and out per email address and multiple duplications of sequences are long gone.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the turnaround time when fixing a bug (from the developers). They always get it done, it just takes some time to do it.
-Intelligent sending -Robust integrations -AI Text Assistant for Sequences -Setting the proper Cadence -Multiple A/B testing -Multiple Sequences -Rules/Workflows for automation Makes cold emailing a breeze, and makes it feel HUMAN for the receiver.
A great tool to work with email sequences, analyze their effectiveness and adapt them quickly according to the results received. The interface is super intuitive and user-friendly. Their support team is very helpful and ready to share advice on how to improve your prospecting and outreach results.
There's nothing I dislike at the moment.
Reply helps my team save time by automating the outbound campaigns.
The customer support is fantastic, I've contacted multiple times and always been greeted with an in-depth answer. For example, I've been sent screenshots with actions to take on the settings menu to achieve functionality.
There are a few things still missing, for example, I couldn't change my view of contacts to include custom properties. The support agent quickly raised a ticket with the developers to address this on my behalf, so I can't fault them.
We always struggled to integrate email outreach with Hubspot, and this achieves it perfectly. It's seamless, two-way sync. Plus, I collect prospects using LinkedIn, and the email search tool captures new leads and allows me to reach out far quicker than the manual process.
I like the fact that the software does exactly what it says it does - email sequences. GPT3 technology helps with creating powerful cold emails that gets you replies. The Reply team has been very supportive throughout the process of setting up, helping me ensure my deliverability rates would stay high - and they have. Finally, their online guides are very easy to follow and the team was on board in a matter of days.
I am trying to think about something I dislike about the software, but can't think of anything. It is rare that a piece of software deliver on every promises it makes.
Prospecting out of Outlook is great, but that doesn't work at scale. Need consistency and the ability to see who engaged with our campaigns helps with our outreach. Benefits? We can do two to three times as much outreach with the same SDR team.
