Its hardly $1 per month per business user email id address and also the storage space provided is more than enough.
The setup is a pain and the user experience is a bit different from other email providers.

Zoho is sometimes laggy and there are problem with zoho servers. Zoho company is based in chennai india and chennai has a pretty slow internet connections and the ISP's are not so good
I use zoho mail for email forwarding and the sync features. I feel that the zoho CRM software is much better and efficient than the zoho mail client
