It is unfortunate that we are unable to put location, and tag people or products.

Its iOS app doesn't sync and sometimes the icons and login pages encounter troubles. Need to work on.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I have Branding Agency in Indonesia. I work with more than 20 clients that always ask me about collaboration portal. So we can work together to make better content on their social channel. Then i found the best client portal with fully custom branding that represents my agency My team can create and scheduled contents, my clients can control all the content before scheduling Me as an owner can control all of them We work together on the same dashboard that proudly showed my agency logo This is the best solution for agency like us We can custom domain, invitiation link, login dashboard, dashboard area, schedule, review, chit chat and much more feature with the zoho social And all the features represents MY AGENCY It is so coollll :)

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

One thing i wish zohoscial can provide is. White label, so as an agency we have chance to resell it again to our clients :)

Being able to schedule videos to post and being able to use emojis in our captions!

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

If the photos aren't the proper size, zoho doesn't crop them automatically, it gets pushed to having me do it myself.

We used 3 different Social Media Managing Suites and decided that Zoho Social suits as best. Affordable with a lot of featured. Especially a good deal if you sign up for Zoho One and used their other products as well

Nothing. I liked the product a lot. Would highly reccomend it.

"Repeat post function is the best! "
What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I was always looking for good social media scheduler for my blog and I finally found one. I extremely like their 'repeat post' feature which enables me to schedule posts way ahead. I can schedule this same post to go live weekly or monthly, plus you can choose the specific day for the reoccurring post. Such a time saver!

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

Nothing, I like everything it provides.

I am scheduling my travel blog posts on social media

Zoho Social is such a breeze in managing Social Media. I've tried others, but this one really save time, effort, and money. The pricing structure is also very affordable.

The IOS App needs some improvement. When posting from App, it only posts the link, without embedded images.

The best part is being able to have Brand Admins, using a service and being able to offer access to different social networks in one place is great!

The only real downside is the limit of social networks available

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

This service has really invigorated my brand (@LoveCityArts) that helps serve artists/creatives in NYC and globally... I have seen my brand increase it's reach and engagement in the past two weeks exponentially. I'm so grateful.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I really like the service a lot so this is hard. Instagram integrations are now diminished. However, that's the fault of the API. Not the makers of Zoho themselves.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love love love the monitoring features as a one-stop shop. It allows me to save so much time which allows me greater efficiency leaving more time for me to serve my artists

Features wise everything is perfect but they should charge on monthly basis for Agencies also instead of billing them Annually

Me gusta la inmersión suave en la plataforma y el diseño limpio, me gusta visualmente, no está abarrotada, y el hecho de que pensaran en mis necesidades de UX / UI, me gusta es fácil de planificar y fácil de seguir, y realmente me gusta bien integrado con mis necesidades. o mejor de Zoho es que publica automáticamente tus publicaciones en todas las plataformas de redes sociales. No tiene que preocuparse por ir a todas las plataformas y publicar o programar la misma publicación para diferentes plataformas individualmente. También me encanta la vista de calendario porque puedo ver fácilmente todo lo que está programado para el próximo mes.

La incorporación, aunque es fácil y reflexiva, todavía carece de experiencias de video rápidas, pero estoy seguro de que están en camino. Me gustaría ver las características explicadas en burbujas allí en el momento

Básicamente, todo lo que se refiere a la publicación y supervisión SM, más la gestión LEAD, que creo que es un activo, y eso es seguro de su legado de CRM y la experiencia involucrada. Eso es mucho más que descubrir para un Social Media Manager

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

This software saves us so much time planning our social media marketing and has made us so much more successful, being able to post when the most people will see our posts, not just when we have time to do it.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

The ability to tag people on each platform would be great to increase the impressions. I'm not sure how they can do that though.
