Web interface allows simple configuration. Generally good call quality. Worry free recuring billing. Wish there was a block / country black list for international calls
Call performance and call quality are sometimes spotty. Worst performance when multiple phone numbers are set as simultaneous. The difference between phone switching can be as much as 11 seconds - which is worrisome.
Customer access for branded 1-800 incoming calls to our customer support, sales, new products, and order support teams. Customers appreciate the convenience of toll free support.
Online portal to manage account makes it easy to use.
1-800 spam calls are difficult to prevent.
Business calls have their own number. Calls get screened through the 1-800 portal and SPAM calls are not coming directly to my cell phone.
The convenience of texts if I could do it on the app.
I want to be able to answer texts through the app on my phone.
Reviewing texts, saving customer voicemails and archiving calls.
Using 800.com is easy and simple to navigate their website and set up.
Being easy and simple does not equate to the best. There are faults in their system that have been inherent for many years and they have not been able to correct.
Signing up for 800.com gave us the ability to become a bigger-looking company, in the beginning, giving us a better credibility in the eyes of potential customers.
It's easy to use. I like the reporting aspect and monitoring of calls and voicemails. The greetings are straightforward.
I which that there was an option to customize the call display if I dial out from the 1-800 number. Its shows up as a long random list of letters and numbers.
It takes minutes to set up and the notification system is quick as well, which is very appreciated. The 1-800 number provides easy access for our customers to get ahold of the appropriate party.
Having an 800 number is convenient and gives our company a professional look.
The price has increased significantly since we first purchased out 800 number, and it was done so without our consent and simply auto-renewed. Now that our signs and marketing all have this 800 number associated with it we are forced to stay with this number.
Allowing customers out-of-area the ability to contact me
coming up with a creative name for the #. I can use my business name in the phone #.
In the past couple of years I've used it and put it in advertisements online and on radio commercials, I have only received one phone call! I also get calls for another company - a fishing company in MN. It' annoying - how do we have the same phone #?
For people to remember our phone #. 888-5-MAGNOLIA
The ease of working with their staff and the simplicity of the product.
Nothing about which to complain. Everything works and performs as expected.
I have a toll-free number which adds credibility as a business.
I was actually excited about using this company long term. The website, UX/UI are all clean, HOWEVER they are very deceitful and shady in their practices.
They hold your numbers hostage by claiming that they are the legal registrants and holders of the account (NO OTHER "phone company" does this.) Then they force to to pay $100 or more ransom per number to release it, if they allow you to at all, which they can simply deny, based on their hidden and unclear "terms and conditions" BUYER BEWARE. I think I'm going to file an FCC complaint, something doesn't seem right.
It didn't help solve anything. It was a big waste of time and money.
At this point... there is nothing I like about 800.com
all aspects of 800.com. Terrible quality service and customer follow up
Poor quality service, follow up and connection
Easy to setup. Easy to use. Never had technical issues.
First year was fine. Then I noticed they charged my credit card a lot of money. It would seem that they changed their pricing structure and just assumed they can upsell me to a higher plan that costs twice the money. Seems clearly unscrupulous. Took it on the chin and moved on to another telephony company.
International freecall lines.
Easy to buy numbers, but very hard to port out.
Costs are high. Also, if you want to transfer a number out it will cost you a lot of money.
We use 800.com for some toll-free numbers that we setup for a client.
As of now there's nothing I like. I am happy I got a number I wanted
I signed up once and it's never worked and I've never been able to get a hold of anybody to make it work
Can't receive calls, no one can leave a message, can't find any sort of customer support
Innovative, affordable, user friendly, scalable. Easy to implement as part of your existing business. Cusomter service is prompt even thought things don't break down. As part of your marketing platform, it makes it easy to track new customers. It's feature reach and easy to use and implement into your current system.
Improving customer service chat option, and increase the plan options.
We can use it to advertise on certain platforms and it makes it easy to track the sucess of our marketing campaigns.
Very smooth. No problems. Service has been reliable
That it is not free. That I have to pay to have an 800 number.
receiving calls through our 1-800 number
Very Helpful and professional helps me keep track of calls and when I can't answer they can leave messages
Nothing is very Helpful like I said when I can't get to te phone
When I can't answer it takes the calls for me and then I could reach out to the customers
Great service and effective product! Agents are always willing to help!
Website platform could be easier to navigate
Filter calls, collecting messages and friendly greeting!
Great Service. Helps with the flow of our inbouns calls. The best part is that the voicemails are sent to us via email so we never lose track of them. It helps us immensely.
We sometimes use 800.com to send faxes. Their interface for sending out faxes isn't the greatest, but at the same time we don't use too often, so I really can't complain.
800.com helps us with the call volume. I am able to help assign calls/voicemails to the appropriate person in our team. It helps us keep the individuals accountable.
We're able to resolve all of our client's issues in a timely manner. The prompts are easy for our clients to use, and we love the ability to respond to each of our customers on time.
There is nothing we dislike about 800.com. There is nothing we would change about the service. It allows us to have amazing response time, and exemplary customer service.
We are able to answer customer service inquiries with a 24 to 48 hour turn around. We also have different inboxes for each of our client's needs.
Very easy to configure & use. Flexible enough to meet a variety of use cases.
Frankly, I have nothing to criticize. Everything works perfectly.
Allows us to create dedicated numbers for specific purposes, collect statistics on usage, and make & receive calls through an online interface
