What do you like best about 800.com?

800.com has been very helpful in scaling the communications outreach for my business. The app/number seamlessly integrates with my mobile phone, and web browsers.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

The only thing I've noticed that I dislike about 800.com is the lack of an elegant UI. The interface is pretty basic and reminds me of older software, even though the capabilities is modern.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

800.com has helped me solve the issue of maintaining a private business number for clients. This service has benefitted me by allowing me access to a suite of call features not found in my current setup.

What do you like best about 800.com?

I enjoy having an 800 number for my business and my fax. It is very convenient for my line of work. I am also able to control all of our business lines in one place

What do you dislike about 800.com?

They don't have a lot of plan options. 800.com doesn't give special promotions to those who have been customers for a while, and I have never seen them do a special rate at any time.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

800.com has allowed me to use one centralized phone number for everything. This has made it easier for the staff to direct customers to the right person. We are able to better serve our customers.

The call forwarding feature and the simultaneous ringing of different numbers have been very beneficial to us. It is easy to change if some employees are off the clock

What do you dislike about 800.com?

We haven't had many problems with any features. Depending on how you field the call there may be some sound quality issues, but if you are having calls forwarded to your cell phone it should not be an issue

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved our problem of not having an office line. When we first started, we were using our direct cell phone numbers, which was not ideal for a high call volume. 800.com helped us optimize this solution.

I love that 800.com is so reliable - we set it up and don't have to worry about it working. It's always forwarding properly. Plus, we get lots of insights when we login!

Nothing to really dislike - the service is great and we haven't had to do any troubleshooting yet.

We love having an easy to remember phone number that we can put on giveaways, social media, & online. 800.com works well in conjunction with our business phone system so we always receive calls made to our 800 number. It's reliable & not something I need to worry about every day. I know if we share that number, it can be used.

What do you like best about 800.com?

Easy to setup and a reasonable price. I have been using 800.com for years to provide a toll-free number on my products and haven't had any real issues. I forward the number to my cell phone so it's easy to receive calls from my customers. Everything seems to work well for me without much need for maintenance or taking up too much of my time.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I use them for very basic services so I haven't had much for issues yet. All my calls seem to work fine. The only annoying thing is all the spam calls I get but that is out of their control and is most likely just a result of the website and business being listed on internet directories.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use them to provide a toll-free number to place on my products so my customers have an easy way to contact me. I have the number forwarded to my cell phone so I can receive the calls on the go. Any voicemails are sent to my email so I can listen to them right there and choose how to proceed.

What do you like best about 800.com?

The plan we have is affordable and allows us to be reached by clients easily. The web interface is easy to navigate. In the rare times where we've needed to reach out for support, we've gotten quick, helpful responses.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

The new cost structure would be a barrier to a company of my size. Fortunately, they have a legacy plan for longtime users that has met our needs. Offering a low-cost entry level plan would help small companies like mine.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a toll-free number lets clients in Canada reach us at no additional charge. It is also helpful in the rare event that someone is traveling and without access to cell coverage but can access a payphone to place a toll-free call (e.g. in a national park).
