I like the security that Magento Commerce offers me, since being an open source platform both web development and online shopping have an extreme level of security. Another of the great benefits of Magento as a platform are all the optimization tools it puts at your disposal which make it easier for potential customers to reach your page and once there decide to buy your product. In my opinion Magento stands out among so many platforms that offer similar services because it allows you to create several websites from one place and the best thing is that you can segment the information of each one, especially the product descriptions and use the SEO tools to optimize each website separately. The sales records is one of the best features of this platform because by simply entering your user you can track all sales records and if you want you can export them directly to a spreadsheet.

Honestly the platform has its details and if you are not a web developer you should review your budget very well because Megento needs a lot of development and that can raise startup costs. You must take into account your requirements, as in my case the page of my digital venture required a high level of programming. However, I can't say that Magento Commerce is the safest option for digital commerce.

Magento was one of the best decisions I have made because its tools helped me to capture potential customers, and so I could easily recover all the money of the initial investment because it was certainly a high cost, but it was worth it.

We use the store system for our online shop and are very satisfied with the usability and the general handling. Adding products to the store is very easy - returned goods are automatically integrated back into the store. The stock management is correct and meets our expectations.

I am able to create static blocks that I can reuse on multiple CMS pages, even with different layout parameters without duplicating code. By utilizing single blocks I can minimize overhead pages where heavy use of images and videos can overwhelm the pagebuilder in WYSIWIG mode.

Previously, prior to Magento 2.3 we had BlueFoot at our WYSIWIG editor and it had the ability to save page layouts with code and images in a template directory that could then be imported into another page that was using the same layout. Saved time and resources.

Our previous CMS system had so many limitations that made it hard to havea visually appealing website that we have been able to create under Magento Commerce. It also had performance limitations on the E-comm side that presented issues Quarterly when club shipments were needed to be charged in large batches. Magento has cut down that time and support issues 3-5 times less with Magento Commerce.

It helps to start selling and growing up through a simple e-commerce platform. It is SEO friendly and it can be used on any browser and any device. It has multiple customization options with a more intuitive interface. Your daily transactions can be easily manageable through it. You don’t need knowledge regarding various programming languages. Optimizing pages and descriptions of products are easy through it.

It is offering a free version but with limited features. Its premium plans are proving a vast range of features but you have to pay for them. It is also not providing various technical details. Certain skills are required for it. It has multiple extension but they are not free to use. Its enterprise edition takes a lot of time to get familiar with it.

It helps in adding new features by simply clicking on its extensions. You can choose multiple languages, payment and shipment options for facilitating your customers according to their needs. It is supported by thousands of professionals and developers. It helps in providing a performance view of your pages. New products can be added or edited in it in simple ways. It helps in targeting customers on the basis of their history of shopping.

Magento has great features that allow you to track predicted sales and profits with your client data. I found the interface easy to navigate.

When we arrange a huge amount of products and service or to prepare a big catalog for our store front website, we can easily manage by Magento CMS.

Some features are more complicated while arrange the products and category customization. Some self generated URL's are make big trouble in URL indexing.

Is a very stable platform that gives a complete tool for running a web shop. Very well the VAT setup that works perfectly in all the combination. Incredible numbers of extensions available make you able to put in real any idea jump in your mind.

Not very happy with the layout of back-end, especially if you want to work using tablet. Installing new extensions and basic configuration may require experts support.

I can easily manage all my orders and moreover is easy to integrate via zapier with other platform I am using for marketing automation

Magento is the very first tool I have used in my company. And having all the infomation compiled for processing orders helps me a lot. My most favorite part is the way Magento can detect Fraudulent customers. That option is awesome

IT'S SO SLOW!!! I mean, whenever we are to load a page where there's a lot of things to show, it became soooo slow. Can you fix that

There are a lot of built in functions, and it makes it easy to update and configure our store and products. Category management is greatly recommended, it is super simple to add new categories, subcategories, and manage the products in each.

This is not the most user friendly software I have used for our e-commerce platform. We moved over to Magento because it was more feature rich than the programs we were using, but it is highly recommended that whoever is working your platform has knowledge of these programs to begin with. A newcomer to the e-commerce platforms would have trouble working with this straight out of the box.

There is no stock management that works on multiple stores, stock management that is implemented by default works on the main warehouse and there is no possibility for managing warehouse for each store. This is important feature for many businesses. There are custom modules and extensions for this, but this feature should be included in Magento by default. Reporting system does not work well on multi shops systems, does not shows correct data, especially in cases where there is a multi level users assignment system where for one territory there is Master user which divides territory on smaller parts to franchisee users and these franchisee can divide territory to smaller parts on distributors. In such cases report is taking sale data from each user level, not only from the last assigned and for the same sale you can have double or triple report for TAX and quantity.

Magneto is great right out of the box. It has all of the powerful tools you may need for an eCommerce site. And if it is missing something chances are a solution exists through their extension marketplace.

The cost of ownership is pretty high. Some solutions are not do it yourself. Requires outside help which adds onto the cost.

The system feels robust and it's scalability is obvious. Although intimidating, the user interface is very easy to use once you get past the initial shock. Things just seem to make sene and are where you would expect to find them.

It is quite complicated and v1 now looks very out of date.
