The problem of bad communication software, other services i've used lag a lot and make it hard to navigate. Aircall is easy to use. The benefits realised are clearer, precise communication, time saving as software is easy to use.

Aircall is by far one of my favorite tools. This is actually one of our main tools, as we use it to communicate with our clients and guests through phone calls.
Aircall is not a perfect tool, as it has its own flaws. Aircall sometimes lags; the tool gets stuck and freezes. There are also times when you cannot dial or conference a call, and you will have to refresh it, leading to the call being disconnected.
Our guest sometimes reach out to us to ask for assistance with a specific problem or concern. Instead of getting in touch with them via chat or email. Aircall makes it easier, faster, and better to communicate with the guest via phone call. In the event that the call gets disconnected, we can always do callbacks and conference calls if necessary.
I've been using a lot of softphones, but air call is one the best soft I have ever used. Its very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and one of the best interfaces.

Sometimes it loads slowly, and I must exit and reopen the app. However, it does not always happen, so I will still give a good rating for this app. Because they usually advise beforehand if there's an ongoing issue.
Adding notes after the call is a great help for each user. It is more convenient to check the call by just checking the notes. And the incredible thing is that you can update your status, which helps your manager understands your current activity/task.

The most I like most while using Aircall is the Noise Cancellation feature that can help avoid background noises around our works station and help our caller understand the information we provide.
I would say the automatic schedule is the least helpful feature of Aircall because it's a minor feature we use due to changing plans and tasks when using Aircall.
Aircall solve a lot of concern's with our company, we are able to assist our guest real-time and make an immediate adjustment by giving our clients a call to confirm some of their information.
Aircall is very easy to use and so simple, used for INternational Numbers , Toll Free numbers , also for Call conference numbers , voice mail function and call routing , also for SMS for business use.
