The ability to quickly adjust plans and a great payee experience!
I haven't found anything to dislike yet!
Solved a lot of payee experience issues that we had with our old solution. Also filled a need for better payout reporting for our finance team.
I like the fact that it is so easy to see your commission payout, and it gives you a complete description of what you're getting paid out for.
If you want to see your current payout, you have to click preview statement, and like two other buttons, your payout.
If I'm missing out on a payout, I can send my supervisor an email with what precisely I'm not getting paid for instead of trying to figure it out from zero.
Functionality and it is also easy to use!

As an end user I like having more transparency and real-time information, not only for commission purposes but also for collections purposes. I can see which clients have/have not paid and personally nudge them rather than having our collections team contact them, which is always awkward.
For some reason, the password reset option doesn't work for me.
The primary benefit is freeing up our accounting team's time to focus on more impactful things. We don't have to bog them down with as much admin work.
Captivate is very easy to use and it provides transparency into commission statements. I can also message the administrator if there are issues!
Sometimes I get logged out, but I think that is a single sign on issue vs an issue with captivate.

I use the site to look at my commissions. I like how the site lays out how my commissions are calculated with numbers and visuals
I love that I receive notifications of my bonus incentives for the month over week before my paycheck is issued! This helps me plan my financial budget for the following month!
I can't say that I dislike anything about the platform. It is easy to navigate, and easy to follow. If I were to give any sort of constrctive critism , I would say when looking over my breakdown of my month's bonuses, the descriptions for each bonus category could be even simpler to follow.
I'm learning how my benefits are truly broken down and where these numbers were sourced from. This helps me know what I can improve for the next month in order to achieve a higher incentive.
Big fan of how simple this makes the commission confirmation process and the ability for me to review my commissions. Captivate plugs in super well my team's existing tools and defintely makes it straightforward for me to communicate with my accounting team.
Not a lot that I can think of that I don't like here. Captivate is way better than the way we were previously doing things. Maybe some element of me to forecast the future or compare against the past would be cool. The ability to do this would allow me to analyze and see how I can improve over time.
The difficulty and delay in communicating with accounting and the lack of clarity on commission details are two essential things that Captivate helps our team solve.
It's effortless to use and see what your month is looking like in a sales role / a role with variable pay when it comes to commission and how well you performed
I dont know if it's something that would be possible but seeing the difference between before and after-tax with the statement but I don't have any negatives for CaptivateIQ, solid product, and interface.
Knowing what my monthly pay will be outside of salary and what my commission will look like / be. Makes it easier for me to plan and organize my money before actually getting it at the end of the month.
It is very easy to understand the platform and review my payout on my bonus. I also like that they have all the details on every deal that I closed so that I can know if they are accurate.
I honestly can't think of anything that I don't like about the platform. If there is one thing that I can think of, it seems like they only have one function that matters to me which is only reviewing my bonus. I am not using any other functions of it.
I am not using CaptiateIQ to resolve any problem. The only benefit that CaptiateIQ is bringing me is how easy to keep track of all the deals that I closed so that I can make sure they are accurate.
I appreciate how easy it is to go in and see a breakdown of my variable income as a rep. Having transparency and also a way to keep track of these records are super important to me! Very lucky my company provides us with this resource.

I like that I am able to view what my incentive might be like for the month.
For my current role CaptivateIQ is straightforward so there is nothing to dislike.
I have not come across any problems with CaptivateIQ.

It's hard to say what I dislike because there really isn't anything I dislike about the site.
I am able to pinpoint much easier which areas I need to work more on based on my stats.

I have zero complaints, there is nothing missing that I am aware of.
I am able to check on my compensation in advance, as well as access any requests speedy without any technical difficulties.

Nothing much. It does precisely, from my position, what it needs to do.
I used to have to track my demos much more carefully, but now I can see demos booked, who it was with when the BA did it, and the correct commission/bonus I receive!
My team started using CaptivateIQ a few months ago and it's really helped us keep track of our incentives and gain a better understanding of what's going on.
The dashboard view's layout could be improved a bit aesthetically but functionally, it works perfectly fine.
