What I like the most about ClickSend is that it's very easy to use. It just take few seconds to singup and start using it. And it also has lots of features. And their customer support is also great with that live chat.
What I like the least about ClickSend is their pricing. I used their service to send SMS, but it's too expensive compared to the local providers I know.

Clicksend is a swiss army knife of marketing. I've used it to send text campaigns, one-off text messages, postcards, and letters all priced great. The print quality is great and mail times fast. It can also do text-to-speech calls, fax, and emails. I love that I can plug it into my CRM (ActiveCampaign) and trigger different actions based on different triggers.
Not much to dislike. It does what it is supposed to do, it was easy to set up, and their online, email and call customer center is incredibly patient and helpful. THeir email newsletters are very entertaining and I even look forward to them!
I needed a way to trigger automated text messages as part of my new client onboarding and lead nurture campaigns. I also like triggering the mail options (BW/Color letters and postcards), which was also used for my lead nurture, onborading and client journey campaigns.

I liked how easy it was to create and launch an SMS campaign. And even more fun was to watch the results with the history and reporting options! I also can't say enough good things about the customer service. They are always available to chat and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
So far I like everything! I thought I would not like using a shared number for sending the SMS's (I could have got a dedicated number but didn't) but the shared number worked great and had great responses to it as well! So I like everything!
I was able to safely and legally send sms campaigns without risking my business number being flagged as spam. Also I was able to see the results of the sms campaign which actually gave me a lot of insight that i would not have know otherwise. For example I now know what time of day is the best time to send out sms messages that will get the most positive responses.
When I initiate an SMS message through ClickSend, the message gets sent to the recipient within a few seconds, usually. I no longer wait for the cellphone provider network to eventually get around to sending my SMS messages. I am using PHP as my server process. It interfaces very easily to the ClickSend API. I use the PHP curl library to do the interfacing, which is very easy.
There is not much to dislike. Even the cost is very reasonable and very affordable.
I am solving the problem of waiting, sometimes many minutes, for the cell phone provider network to send my SMS messages from a web page's "mail" code. It is technically possible to route an SMS message to a user's phone using the mail() function of PHP, for instance, but the message often gets delayed a lot. ClickSend solves this problem by sending the SMS message very quickly, usually within seconds of my initiating the message through web-page code.

You can schedule the birthday and event of your client, and customers go free -- no worries. Customization is available to personalized your needs or business needs. You can import the list of audiences just by uploading numbers or data via CSV.
They can add Paypal. They are only having Stripe available for transactions which is sometimes not a smooth experience. It is challenging for users. It is a pain not to be able to have more payment methods. Paypal is just acceptable, and it usually doesn't have the kinds of problems like Stripe has.
My team and I use this to conduct campaigns just like in email, save templates with URLs, send immediately, or schedule a specific date and hour. It solves our purpose to connect with candidates on weekends and holidays without any miss. It is required to be prompt on follow-ups to maintain a healthy relationship for business and future opportunities. It allows us to receive quick Fax from our vendors and doing vice versa for our clients. So we can send them documents and file in a minute as we have to deal with various hospitals and clinics. Super cheap, and it's what I like most. To pay for SMS in bulk with really competitive prices.
The best thing about this software is the ease of receiving and being able to send faxes online from anywhere and any PC device, tablet or smartphone. ClickSend Fax helps us a lot every day to send faxes safely and without the need for hardware.
The use is constant and so far we have no reports of problems, errors, bugs or any other type of defect. The tool is super effective and helps a lot.
An interesting feature in this software is the possibility to electronically sign documents before sending the fax to the user. The software increases productivity and reduces time because it can be done from anywhere. In addition, everything is safe and encrypted and keeps documents private.
We love everything about our new ClickSend platform for messaging. It is easy to add and delete contact lists and ClickSend has absolutely everything covered in terms of easy software to connect.
The only thing we don't love about ClickSend is the ability to opt people out of lists quickly. This sometimes can take up to 5-6mins per new list to remove any opt-outs but this is the only issue we've come across.

We'd like to trigger SMS for every service agreement signed or completed in Pandadoc and upon payment of invoice through Xero. We integrated clicksend to activecampaign, podio, xero and zap.
We will easily send and receive Fax anytime. We can send bulk fax-es within a click. We can upload pdf and edit required text and send the fax seamlessly. We had good customer support whenever we lacks with its features and any issues in Fax system. We love the feature of instantly receiving the Fax from any location. Last but not least, we dont even need fax machine to send the fax-es. Its purely online based tool.

Often I need to send something to be signed or that would usually need to be faxed, which is difficult to do. My team and I are enjoying being able to connect with clients on weekends or after hours as needed. We can easily send and receive documents.

ClickSend gave us the ability to communicate with our clients in a new way, beyond just email and phone communication. Many of our clients prefer texting and we do not use company-wide phone accounts - and understandably some people on staff would not want to text from their personal numbers. This gives them more options and, ultimately, more responses.
