"Dashlane review"
What do you like best about Dashlane?

Dashlane offers comprehensive features for smooth password management. Dashlane required simple access to the password and have various advantages. Dashlane provide better security with digital wallet security and could be used over multiple platforms

What do you dislike about Dashlane?

Dashlane can be used with popular used web browsers with complete accessibility. Dashlane is cloud-based password managing service and it also requires an internet connection for seamless experience and syncing.

What problems is Dashlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dashlane helps in password management and accessing websites with one click by the formula of master password which is one password for all portal to access. It benefits me to save digital wallet details with security, payment information, and credit card details, and I can use Dashlane simultaneously on any device.

"Solid Password Manager for Business"
What do you like best about Dashlane?

Simple. Easy to coordinate passwords across devices. Groups allow easy password sharing across internal teams. Price is competitive with other similar services.

What do you dislike about Dashlane?

As a business owner using the Teams subscription, I wish they had better solutions for my customers, e.g. being able to create project passwords, groups, etc. In a recent update they removed the ability to manage Categories, which is a feature I was using all the time. They refuse to add it back in even after receiving feedback to do so. Sometimes the app will not reflect a new password across devices / groups immediately. With the new Web only UI it isn't exactly clear how to REFRESH to get the latest updates.

What problems is Dashlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dashland provides an effective solution for managing passwords across internal teams.

"Super password security or secure password sharing"
What do you like best about Dashlane?

It's super secure. You can feel comfortable storing your PW's there and know it's going to be ok.

What do you dislike about Dashlane?

God forbid you forget the password for it. It's pretty fatal. Also the pop up to fill in fields can come up at any time, like when filling out a form, not a pw field. It can get pretty annoying.

What problems is Dashlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accessing very sensitive communication services the company uses and all employees of a certain level need access to, without them having to actually know the pw to it and not bungle it all the time.

"Good Password Security System"
What do you like best about Dashlane?

It's a great way to manage work and personal passwords.

What do you dislike about Dashlane?

I dislike having to constantly sign back into the app. I feel like it always needs me to sign back in when it's least convenient for me.

What problems is Dashlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

I enjoy being able to share logins with colleagues without them seeing my passwords.

"It was the best, and still should be, but buggy and poor customer support lately"
What do you like best about Dashlane?

The product is exceptionally well designed and works on all of my devices. I'm able to store a lot more than passwords too. Secure notes, payment information, license and SS cards. It's super useful and the overall design of the product is better than any of the competitor I've tried. And I have total confidence in the security of my information.

What do you dislike about Dashlane?

About 6 months ago the service started degrading. Features don't work as well as they used to. Often the Chrome extension doesn't fill in fields or fills in the wrong information or just doesn't work at all. It's very frustrating. At least 5 times per day I have to manually lookup passwords which takes vital time away from my day. But the biggest issue is their customer support. It's really bad. When I submit a ticket, it takes at least 3 or 4 back-and-forth messages with the agent just to get them to stop sending me canned responses that don't actually address my question. I'm extremely detailed when writing my support tickets, its very clear what I'm asking, but they rarely answer it directly. And then finally after numerous emails and re-assignment of team members I get the standard line "thanks for the feedback, we'll let the team know". Then nothing. The last 5 support tickets I submitted were simply not resolved and no explanation of when they might be. This includes a ticket regarding passwords for Google sites not working for over 9 months. Huh, 9 months. Google passwords? Probably the most common of any passwords kept in Dashlane by any user? And they can't resolve it or even attempt to resolve it in 9 months? Terrible. For years I was literally the biggest fan. I've convinced no less than 20 people to start using Dashlane and now I'm extremely disappointed to the point of leaving.

What problems is Dashlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Two main things: secure storage of passwords and easy access to passwords. They ace the first problem, but are not delivering like they used to on the second problem. I have learned a lot about password security, password complexity and general productivity through the use of the product which has been invaluable. I just wish they would fix some of the issues.

"Improving but still flawed"
What do you like best about Dashlane?

I liked the balance of price and functionality. They also are continuously improving to try and keep up with competitors.

What do you dislike about Dashlane?

With their infusion of funding, they've been hiking the prices but their functionality hasn't kept up with a lot of their competitors that they're now at the same price point with. The administration and management of it don't cater to larger companies as you scale. Groups and user management aren't very efficient. It also continues to have flaws in its usability that is a roadblock to adoption.

What problems is Dashlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Security of password usage and sharing

"Useful but a little bit spammy at times"
What do you like best about Dashlane?

Both me and my team have easy access to all passwords relevant for our jobs.

What do you dislike about Dashlane?

You get a lot of pop-ups while on the browser asking you to save information and passwords that don't really make sense. Even after dismissing the pop-up, it keeps appearing at later instances.

What problems is Dashlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unsafe password sharing through chat channels.

"Dashlane - was a Great password manager for Teams and Groups"
What do you like best about Dashlane?

Dashlane Business used to make it easy to manage password and system access with a simple group management approach. It also takes guesswork out of creating super strong passwords but their transition to whatever the hell they are doing has been a pain. Not even sure at this point if they've ironed out all their bugs and missed stepped changes

What do you dislike about Dashlane?

Half assed roll out of change his major or minor in this case it was major changes and terrible quality control/roll out

What problems is Dashlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Suspended everything until they get there you know what together
