The ability to utilize it's function in an autheticated way, providing a more remotely secure expeirence.

Repetative notifications, but that ensures that the user will complete any/all outstanding tasks needed to be completed.

HR related issues, benefits verification, benefits management, required cpu updates and remote mobile authentification. The ability to access and utilizize the aforementioned tools remotely really ensures a piece of mind rather than waiting for information to be received and/or provided over a period of time and not necessarily when needed.

Very user friendly, it has all the tools needed and very easy to use

Rippling is super easy to use across the board. I've never had to spend a lot of time learning how to use specific functionality. It also handles so many different tasks that it makes it easy to consolidate tooling.

Rippling is great because all of your apps and services are in one easy to manage place.

The UI could be more fun. Feels a little outdated design wise.

It was extremely easy to use and only took a few minutes to update my insurance.

There was nothing I didn't like about Rippling. The other highlight I would point out was the leg work that was done upfront to transfer information from my prior selections. This was extremely helpful and saved a good amount of time.

Rippling is one of the easiest platforms I've ever used. So intuitive and user friendly. It is simple to understand and navigate. Their support is top notch. I am able to interface with the platform daily because of the homepage.

Having everything together in one place makes the process of joining a new organization much more comfortable. Having every part of that experience well designed, makes me even more excited to work at a company that clearly does their homework.

So far I have not come into contact with any downsides. One may well surface, but the platform that my previous employer used was such a headache. So comparatively, I am elated.

Rippling has made my onboarding process and benefits administration process seamless.

The user interface is clean, easy to use, and visually appealing. It makes it simple to access and use benefits and lays out in clear terms what the benefits are.

Nothing that I have noticed at this time.

Rippling is solving the problem of confusion in what certain key terms in benefits actually mean as well as, what can be at times, a difficult process accessing and knowing your limits for benefits throughout the term. This helps me be able to access and use these benefits without undue stress, having to learn a whole separate language (medical related/insurance related).

It's simple and straightforward. The design is nice and intuitive. Benefits enrollment, HR docs, etc., are not fun by nature. Rippling makes what is expected to be a mundane and tedious process pretty engaging. Keep that up.

Nothing. I truly don't spend enough time using it to form a negative opnion, which I think is a good thing. The point is not to spend a lot of time completing HR docs.

Making HR easy.

Rippling files all of my needed items as an employee, in spaces that are easy to locate and navigate. It has made meeting my needs easy! It recently helped me out a ton when I needed to re-enroll in my insurance under my company.

When first using Rippling, it takes some getting used to on the business side. Finding new entities entered can be a proccess if the entity has yet to fill their side out. For example, a contractor entered will always be "Contractor" until that party has filled in their information. If I have to go back as an admin, I have to search through every un completed profile marked "Contractor." That is a minutia filled process. However, it is a small enough to not effect my rating because overall, Rippling makes my job very easy!

Rippling is used most often by myself for onbaording contractors who sell for our company that we need to pay periodically. It makes it easier becuase they put all of the onbaroding documentation in one place and they send out the needed emails without me having to select every email every time. It makes it very efficient in my day to day use!

The ability to integrate People Management module with the MDM solution

Not identified by the moment. All the modules looks great to me.

With the MDM solution, we can manage the device management and guarantee information security.

Allowed me to fill out all my HR documentation quickly and easily through their workflow interface. All the questions I had along the way were answered with helper text on each page.

I'm struggling to come up with anything to write about for things I dislike. It'd be nice to have some type of tax calculator built in on the W4 page, but that's just a "nice to have" feature.

Rippling allows me to see all the benefits, time-off, and HR documentation which was not available before. Extremely helpful tool!

I love that their is an app so all of my information and updates are in once place!

I can't think of a dislike other than I wish every company used it!
