Out of all the other hr/payroll systems out there, Rippling is by far one of the easiest platforms to use! They have a chat support team to answer any questions you may have and my account rep (Sarah Hartman) is by far the BEST account rep to ever exist! She is very personable and willing to answer any questions as possible. I am certain everyone on the Rippling team is similar to Sarah. Payroll processing is extremely easy. Managers and employees have no issues adapting to this system because Rippling is easy to use, but still high quality in service.

No major dislikes. Rippling does a good job of finding ways to improve the system. One recommendation that comes to mind is upgrading the Applicant Tracking System.

HR - Onboarding is easy for new hires to navigate through, payroll, open enrollment, etc! IT - Device management is an option for companies that need to track equipment!

I wish you could add more apps. I love it so much I wish you could expansed it even more.

I'm always forgetting all my passwords so having everything in one place helps. This helps with being more productive.

It is intuitive, I love that it thinks on behalf; receiving emails providing a solution before I have to think of one has been awesome.

There is absolutely a learning curve. I feel it its going to take some time to get used to it, but well worth the time nonetheless.

Easy to use, Anything you're looking for is well organized in quick tabs. Rippling can't make this any smoother for the user.

At the moment, I haven't had a bad experience with Rippling.

Rippling solves a lot of issues that we used to have before. Now it's all simplified. The user and HR have a leisurely experience using Rippling. Couldn't ask for a better system.

Everything in the platform is so intuitive, the items are where you expect them to be. Implementation was a breeze and everyone was very knowledgable Their system is easier to use and train on than our previous payroll system.

The biggest downside is absence of some features, especially for a manufacturing firm. The ability to add a points system, scheduling, and employee reviews would be very helpful, but I imagine they're in the works and will be released before too long.

It's great to have our benefits and overall HR admin in the same system, it makes enrollment and making sure things stay consistent that much easier. It's saving us time on processing payroll, as their system import and showing any discrepancies from the previous payroll is a major time saver.

The ease of use and teh ability to integrate with so many useful tools such as salesforce etc.

The Colors, I don't know, could be personal, but the graphics of the website and the logo colors are not very appealing to the eyes.

Again, I would like to mention that its ability to integrate all the different tools within the same software is fantastic. We don't have to manage multiple different platforms for similar things under the overarching People management umbrella. It's a one-stop-shop.

Easiest onboarding experience ever. I've used Rippling at a past company and they retained all my info for easier set up of my new company account. This saved me hours of time trying to figure out my tax witholdings and other info. Thanks, I really appreciate the ease of use.

Making HR info and documentation easy to find and accessible to all users. Its also making it very easy to onboard people very quickly and efficiently. Overall, saves everyone a lot of time.

I love the ease-of-use with Rippling. HR can be demanding, especially when starting a company, and the Rippling software makes life easier.

What's helping is everything being succinctly placed but it would be nice to have an alternative way to 2-step enter into the account outside of using your cell phone.

Getting back into employee benefits information without hassle.

There is an agent who responds quickly and helpfully when we have questions or need things changed. It's very efficient to get up and running. Also very convenient that they offer health insurance brokerage services.

Nothing so far. The pricing is good. It was simple to get my company set up. My previous company account was automatically linked through my personal email, which is convenient. So far so good!
