Software has lots of options and is fairly easy to use. Customer service is helpful, responds quickly and are US based from what I can tell. It's the only builder I use now.

The only downside I have experienced is that instead of having a phone number to call support, you now have to fill out a ticket and wait for them to call you. This usually happens on the same day, but walking away from your computer when your phone call comes in can be upsetting.

Ability to build beautiful feature-rich websites.

No developing experience / education but have learned to create my own site ....customer support is extremely thorough, surprisingly so ! Most questions are answered or directed to where answers can be found. Staff is friendly, almost always. Service is pretty quick.

In my case, most of the challenges for my web application have been solved with work-arounds - often suggested by Duda advisors. Some challenges on my end have to do with charts and graphs.

Duda makes it easy to create and edit websites

The Duda support team is in general very great, we always hear back from them quickly and they can solve the majority of our issues whether it's technical or financial. The platform is very easy to use and learn, and there are lots of great features and design elements to help your website look beautiful. It has lots of apps you can integrate into your site. We have noticed over several years of use that Duda is constantly updating their offerings with new features.

There are some minor limits when using the Duda store to do more in-depth things such as subscriptions, but these have been improving. We've experienced some glitches from coupon use with subscriptions recently, but support was able to help us figure it out in the end. There are some quirks that you will learn as you use the platform.

We need a website for our company, and also a platform that allowed us to build websites for clients with ease and no coding required. Duda lets us make website quickly based off templates, and we don't need to code or get into complicated development to create good-looking, functional websites. The drag-and-drop widget style is perfect for anyone to use.

Everything seems to be all in one place. I appreciate being able to design what I want but also add any classic applications that clients expect to have access to.

I will say it seems glitchy at times. There are features that are simple and should work, but there are weird bugs that happen here and there. A better-organized way to access saved sections. At this point, it's just a massive list of saved sections.

Needing a quick way to build websites for clients. The builder itself is easy to use where we can hire graphic designers to build websites. The quality of our work has definitely increased.

I love how easy it is to get started with Duda and make changes to existing websites. I've found that other CMS solutions require a lot of experience and planning before touching any aspect of the website. I previously needed to plan out a website comprehensively before getting started but with Duda, I start with a template and make changes from there. On other CMS platforms, if a less experienced user attempted to create pages or make changes without understanding the original plan they risked breaking that page or the whole website, sometimes irreparably. With Duda, it is simple to teach a tech novice to make minor changes to their own website while leaving little risk that they will make a large mistake. Small business owners love this simplicity as they often don't have the time or the budget to engage an expert for every minor change to their digital presence.

The main drawback of Duda I've found is that there aren't a lot of 'widgets'. If I have something specific in mind I either need to purchase it from a 3rd party or code it myself within the 'widget builder'. This lack of functionality is sometimes understandable if my needs are niche, but many other times I am left with few options for adding features that are commonplace amongst modern websites.

Duda is a simple CMS solution that allows the business I work for to quickly create websites for small business clients. These websites look great and are easy to edit, even for people who aren't greatly tech savvy.

The business text and connected content combined with the template feature make creating customized for clients' websites quick & efficient

Connected content is unavailable in the accordion widget, which must be updated manually. Once published, updates to content seems inconsistent what is updated on desktop/tablet/mobile device views

Building easy to use website for clients

It is easy for my team and I to use. We can build new websites quickly and my team can easily and quickly update the sites. The widgets make everything easy to build and adjust.

The downside of Duda is the cost but for me the speed is worth the cost. Their support is fast so it is basically like paying for a premium product. I don't have any other complaints.

How easy it is to put together a site. I didn't have any web-building experience and this platform made it easy. Customer support is amazing which beats everything else. Anytime I need a questions answered, it doesn't take long to get it.

There isn't too much to dislike about Duda, it was hard trying to come up with something, maybe just folders to organize the websites, but that's what filters are for I guess. Maybe more templates would be nice, and landing pages for different industries.

It helps me being able to create websites myself easily. I sometimes use outsourcing but then they may not be reliable, I love that I'm able to build on my own so I don't have to depend on when it comes to tight deadlines. The pricing has been great too for great profit margins on hosting as well.

Great mix of a drag and drop/WYSIWYG editor, coupled with HTML/CSS access for quick and customisable site builds. On top of that, the sites are fast, and the agency support is top notch. The focus Duda puts on agencies sets them apart.

Like any CMS platform it's obviously a horses for courses scenario. There are less plugins than something like WordPress, but for 90% of site requirements, Duda excels.

Duda has a real focus on improving agency efficiencies in creating a site. Excellent templates, a widget builder that lets you create your own widgets for the site, as well as alot of other efficiencies.

Definitely, Duda is a game changer if you are producing websites. The white-label solution and constant feature improvements make creating and scaling a website or marketing agency easy. You have full control to work with a team, share information with clients, and much more like connecting to Zapier and other Apis integrations.

Something that can be improved in Duda is probably the animations and smoothness that other similar competitors have and some internal widgets can do it better.

Is really easy to create websites that need to launch in less time than normal, honestly I cut the time in production almost a 30% after implementing Duda in my agency.

It's sooooo complete!! The best platform to create highly professional websites in less time than ever! Wide variety of apps to be integrated within the websites! Amazing time saver features such as the integrated image editor and auto optimization of videos and images for fast loading time! Highly recommend! Great customer support! Everyday almost, new features are presented and ready to use, including those just introduced in the market such as Google new feature to be found in local searches. Amazing!

It seems I can't skip this question... even though I rate the customer support with 5 stars, as I got an answer right away from the support specialist, it took a couple of days for the technical team to access the website and solve the issue with one of the apps not being fully functional. But it was then resolved in a blink of eyes and always with the support specialist giving real time feedback on the situation. Highly recommend again!

I was lookifor a way to create a website featuring videos on the home page that would load fast! After attempting different options I found Duda which is a surprisingly effective platform to create highly professional websites in less time than anything else I have encountered! I am still stunned with the efficiency of Duda, combining highly intuitive and flexible design options with easy integration of 3rd party apps to make the website look and feel exactly how we want! A giant step in web design when I compare it with flash that I used to create websites with a unique design...

I have my business site designed there and have completed well over 30+ sites for clients. Their support team is always helpful and extremely responsive. I couldn't gloat about them enough! lol

I wish there were more video tutorials on how to use the integrations and apps, as well as a sense of community among its users. I personally love Duda, but I haven't found many others that use it within the design community. I've even thought of creating my own tutorials to show people on LinkedIn just how user-friendly it is - whether they're a web designer novice - like myself, or a small business owner - it can really help you show up as an authority within your industry.

The support team is excellent. They always answer my questions and I am able to implement the solutions they provide.

Sometimes the platform has minor glitches but not as much as I have seen with other platforms. It is very stable.

Duda helps me build sites quickly and efficiently. That helps me serve more clients.

I no longer have to deal with plugins, extra subscriptions, hacks, updates, etc that take up too much of my time. Plugin failures and site breakage creates alienation with our clients. Duda has eliminated this! We can build quicker and just as effective as Wordpress.

1. The absolute easy and speed of building a site 2. The Customer Support. The peeps here are unbelievably good at what they do, and will go beyond to make it happen for you and your customer. Love everyone I dealt with. Everyone goes above, beyond and yonder. And they like a giggle.

The main benefit is the easy build. Everything is straight forward. The speed ... I got the down payment for a website today, the website is very nearly done, am gonna wait a few days to let the customer know :) The problem solver is the ease of use for my customers, letting them access with permissions set to their level of ease.
