Intuitive. Make it possible to be creative.
I think Elementor doesn't offer enough free blocks. People know it and go to competitors.
Allows me to build well-designed websites.
Elementor has all kinds of easy to use features. The blocks and widgets can help you build a powerful site that's easy to use and looks great. It's nice that it works so well and is Wordpress based.
There are just a few things that are still a bit clunky. The layering can make things challenging for non-developers to edit. Background images are probably the most complicated to understand for non-developers.
Ease of website editing for non-developers. Elementor is a really intuitive way for people to edit web content and ensure it all still looks the way you want it to.
What I love the most about Elementor is that it made WordPress an option for me. Through WordPress with Elementor, I have built several websites with different complexities. Elementor is an excellent tool for no coders; it has many options that allow you to create the page you need, whether it is a simple Landing Page or a complete E-commerce. If it weren't for Elementor, I would not be able to use WordPress. Also, it is compatible with a lot of different plugins and configurations. Elementor also has its developer for menus, headers, and footers which simplifies one of the most challenging features WordPress has.
I have been using Elementor for more than two years now, and I haven't found a single area of opportunity. I recommend it for no coders.
I have built different websites: landing pages, e-commerce, registration pages, pop-ups, among others.
I love that Elementor gives me a very intuitive, drag and drop interface for building web pages. I don't have to know any code. I can see everything exactly how it will look. It's actually kind of fun. There's also a ton of options to make your page engaging- not just text and pictures.
It can be a little annoying that things will display differently based on the size of your monitor if you don't use the correct settings. Also, there are some pieces I would like to customize more, but it's a fair trade-off for things being so easy.
We have been able to move away from one person with a lot of technical knowledge making any updates to our website to a small group of people with little technical knowledge making changes. This has released the bottleneck we experienced by having everything on one person's shoulders.
Everything! Its a true drag and drop builder that is intuitive and easy to use! Granular controls on each view for web, tablet, and mobile make this a game-changer for anyone looking for a pixel-perfect design.
Somtimes the control in elementor is confusing because of the theme, not really an elementor issue but there is a learning curve on how certain design elements are controlled at the theme level vs Elementor.
All aspects of web design are easy with elementor. From page building, to mobile design, and productivity.
Freedom in design and outlook and multiple options in the process
Requires relatively large space in memory
Designing WordPress Website in a more functional way and helps to stand out from an average website around easily
Elementor is the first WordPress no-code page builder that I have ever used. The interface is clean and straightforward, but it gets the job done. The drag and drop panel on the left is self-explanatory that someone without coding experience can learn how to design their pages on WordPress very quickly.
On 1 of my websites, I have experienced some bugs with Elementor. It used to work fine for 1-2 years. After a website migration, Elementor just wouldn't save my changes on the page anymore. When pressing on the green "Save / publish" button, it will just return 500 internal server error. I have since uninstalled Elementor and used another Page builder on that particular website.
Elementor has many prebuilt templates that can give you beautiful web page designs without too much hassle. I can quickly drag and drop an image revolving slider and add transitioning effects between the different pictures. I also like the gallery. It's a beautiful way to show off a collection of my artwork that I showcase on the website.
Easy to use with the drag and drop features. Little to no coding on this theme which is helpful!
Particular blocks shouldn't be premium. You have to play around a lot with padding certain things if you want a more custom look and feel.
Mobile optimization is great and easy to use. If you are someone who isn't very tech savvy, or new with website design, this is a great starting point.
Elementor's features are very expansive and can meet the needs of any business or organization. From simple structures to complex modules, Elementor has it all! Also, as a sidenote, it is very fun to play around with the different features!
The one thing that I dislike is the advanced features of some of the different widgets for Elementor. I understand that advanced features are generally reserved for users who have more advanced knowledge of web development, but I wish it were more user-friendly so that anyone who uses Elementor, regardless of experience, could use the advanced features.
We are able to utilize Elementor for our entire website. All of our pages are hosted through the WordPress engine with Elementor as our editor. We do not need to have any sort of external application or extensions to host or run our website. It has everything that you need all in one place! It is very nice because we only need to focus on the front-end development of the website and leave the back-end functionality to Elementor.
There is a lot of tools and options to use. It's terrific when you're just beginning to learn how website building works.
There are not a lot of learning resources. I had to resort to 3rd Party Elementor users to understand how to use some features correctly.
We can't hire web developers, so it's up to our team to build websites using tools such as Elementor.
What I like the most about Elementor is that it is easy to use and has many platforms to integrate with and hosting services to integrate with.
There is nothing I dislike about Elementor so far.
We are designing websites and hosting them using Elementor and the integrations it has. We also use it for building pop-ups for our marketing efforts.
I like how simple it makes editing on a wordpress site. It is somewhat like having a wix-like creation/editing experience.
Sometimes it can be difficult to understand how to take certain actions such as resizing thing or dragging things to places where you want them to go.
Simple wordpress website creation
Easy, easy, easy. Learning steep is absolutely fast and easy to understand. You can make anything you want. You can add thousands of add ons and plugins making elementor the most complete suite in the market to build a webpage, site, landing...whatever
Trying to find anything at this point but nothing is crossing my mind right now.
Any problem related with the creation of a site.
The best of Elementor is that it's effortless to use; I'm a graphic designer, so I don't really know a lot about code, just the basics to understand how a website works, but with Elementor, I don't need to know anything. Once it's installed on your Wordpress, you can start building pages just by dragging and dropping widgets. One important thing to mention, especially for designers, is that you have many tools to edit the look of your page. The problem I had with WordPress without using Elementor was that it was complicated to build a page with a different style from the theme; it was very limited. With Elementor, you can imagine almost anything and make it happen.
I don't think there's anything to dislike about Elementor, I've been using it for three years, and it's been amazing. One thing that is important to clear out is that to have the best experience with Elementor, you definitely have to use Elementor Pro. Without using Pro, you will miss many important features, so I wouldn't recommend it.
Elementor helps designers build websites without the need of a developer; you can skip the process of making the design and having to pass it to another person who has to build it. With Elementor, you create your own pages easily and fast. I would still recommend having support from a developer for different issues with the website but not with the building and designing. The creators of Elementor have thought of everything: design, use of templates, dynamic content, compatibility with WooCommerce, and much more.
Elementor allows me to build and deploy new webpages in a much faster way. There are many extensions available so it fits any website. With Elementor Pro it almost entirely replaces the Wordpress theme. It provides an excellent amount of flexibility.
The site load times are a bit higher than without using the plugin.
The possibilities are endless and is a real problem solver.
elementor is super easy to use and it has a lot of professional templates that can be modified to make beautiful pages in few minutes.
elementor lack professional templates for some type of pages necessary on a website like faq for example, they offered few templates but i didn’t like them, other than that everything else is perfect.
elementor allows me to create beautiful websites for my projects without coding or hiring a professional to do it for me, it’s easy to use and the provided templates do most of the heavy lifting when it comes to websites creation so i just choose which one i like the most and i build on it.
The drag and drop feature is easy to use.
The options for image size can be limiting. Make sure you have the correct size before uploading.
Web design in minutes.
Elementor provides the most flexibility of any WordPress builder that I've used! It is especially useful for easily mobile optimizing each section without need for duplicate sections.
Motion effects on scroll are complicated to understand and control; things that are simple to do in other Wordpress builders such as WP Bakery or themes such as Salient are very complicated here. Custom CSS is also more difficult to access on the free plan. Elementor's annual fee is a huge blocker to wanting to use it regularly; if it had a one time cost I would recommend it more. Yet with a yearly cost to use Elementor Pro I try to get by on free as much as possible or use something else completely.
There are significantly fewer limits to design with Elementor, and mobile optimization is much easier and more effective.
The best thing about elementor is how easy it is to use. You don’t have to know a lot about coding, element or makes it as easy as just a few clicks and you’re done.
What I think it could be better, is that it isn’t available to work with all themes on WP
I don’t know much about coding and I wanted to add my personal touch to my website so elementor really helped me to make my own website by my own taste
I really like the ability to create you own header and footer templates in Elementor Pro. I generally create a different header for use on the home page than for the other pages so this makes that process very simple. You just add select the conditions of where you want each Header or Footer displayed. Plus you can easily save sections of a page for ease of use on other pages - a real time saver. You can also edit the Header and Footer whilst in individual pages which saves navigating back and forth. The form builder is really easy to use, and integrates seamlessly with MailChimp (and others) without having to load additional plugins. This again helps with speed of the website. There are quite a few pro templates to choose from including pages, sections and blocks. Even if you don't use them, they are a great source of inspiration for design. Elementor is also a great option if you are building for a client who wants to self-manage their content updates, with a bit of training I find clients love it.
The free version is limited, I quickly upgraded to pro which is a bit pricey in US$ as I am working in AUD$.
It's the time saving factor that really helps get a build done a lot quicker. The many features that are packed into Elementor Pro reduce the need for additional plugins resulting in a much faster website loading time.
