Most of the phone support people are great and knowledgeable and do try to help you out best they can.
The fact that whatever happens is never a GoDaddy issue, but instead it's something you have to pay extra for to get fixed and each time it's a different issue that really should have been mentioned last time you were on a call with them. Also, their chat support is like talking to an 11 year old. Actually, the 11 year old would be smarter most of the time. At times you think you may be talking to an AI but it's not.
We use GoDaddy for hosting our website. I haven't noticed any benefits I wouldn't have had elsewhere so nothing special really.
I had a very bad experience using the service. it is good, works... but I don't think it worth the extra money you're paying for the services media temple offer.
The service becomes pretty mediocre if you compare it with another cheaper services, When i first get this product, I was sold that it was expensive but the support was better and more personalized. but nothing close to the reality... the chat support system is very bad in the user experience side. and, altough the agents are very nice, polite or responsive, little they did to help me with my problem... they just automate his answers and send you articles and links. and based on the problem I had, it was totally the fault of the agents and their disconnection with the client, doesn't worth... go to the cheaper services, they often had better support.

The support was combative blaming our team for exceeding the storage limitations. Instead of turning this into an opportunity to educate us on how to better use the service, we were scolded.

Honestly, I wish it was cheaper then $20 per month. I feel in 2021 something like this should be so much cheaper. But, it is what it is at this point and I'm not switching.
It hosts my website and it allows me to redirect my website when need be. It also allows me to put a template on all my emails that I send out to my database which is a huge plus!

Some of their prices are a bit high. Yet, you get what you pay for. I also dislike the fact that when they upgrade their products you sometimes have to start from scratch or pay them to transfer the all the information on your site. They might be a bit more expensive than other providers, but they are defiantly worth every penny!
