What do you like best about Gold-Vision?

Gold Vision is a very powerful customer relationship management software. The system is fully customizable so you can adjust is right in accordance with your business demand. It provides a number features like modules for sale, marketing, contact data management, support, projects and events. The core features include automatic tracking and synchronization of emails that provide great analysis and assigns mails and appointments to the right accounts automatically. Dashboard is simple and clean. It is self-explanatory. You can create multiple dashboards as well. Reporting is amazing which includes providing daily accurate reports. It provides a very clear cut insight to the available opportunities. Lead management is also very efficient. Data can be arranged and supported according to your needs. GUI is a really great and helpful feature in Gold Vision. The system allows to keep all the customer data in one place and hence save all the un necessary hassle. It provides an easy integration with other products like Sage or Outlook. It provides a fully integrated e-marketing solution. It is very quick to deploy. It provides a great customer base. It has mobile access. The system is very flexible and has great functionality. Customer support is great. They are very friendly and helpful. It is also cost effective.

What do you dislike about Gold-Vision?

For an initial use, the system is complicated. Terminologies are difficult. Filtering of different objects can be time consuming. Charts and graphs are limited and can be improved.

What problems is Gold-Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gold Vision has great ease of implementation. Although it is suitable for organizations of all sizes but is highly recommended for small size business and enterprises.

I like how it is built to meet our needs as a company. The customer service staff are very helpful and not pushy.

I wished I could have characterized it a little more for what I need.

What problems is Gold-Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped me track sales, track leads and I was able to communicate with customers.

Ability to create multiple dashboards, automation is really good but sometimes faulty

Automation sometimes does not work properly

What problems is Gold-Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great place to keep clients'details at one place and it's easy to create activities, update case statuses to reflect progression of the cases and make relevant notes. It's possible to link Outlook to Goldvision and all emails sent or received from the client are at one place which is very helpful as more than one person is working on clients' cases
