Compared to its competitors, HubStaff is the easiest for both our VAs and our HR managers. Easy tracking that isn't too invasive and facilitates compensation.
Currently, I have no complaints. it was at times disappeared with a few hours from some of our VAs but it was quick fix.
We run an e-commerce primarily working with online hirees and VAs. Once we got to 20+ remote workers, it became impossible to track everyone without HubStaff.
Timer is a really great idea because it helps us achieve our work goals

Hubstaff has enhanced the productivity of my organization as it provides the clear and transparent idea about the entire working due to which I am capable of making more intuitive plan. Whenever my team goes out for the field work this tool provides me the clear picture about their field location thus I can manage the work load by assign the task to the nearest team member to visit certain client.
The thing I like least is that while working on particular projects I have to face problem in dragging and dropping due to which discussing plans become really difficult. Furthermore there should be availability of live chat.
This tool has provided me time sheets and now I have got rid of the spread sheets thus I find it very easy to use software. Further it always equips me with the latest information about the workings of the team member on the basis of which I can easily make the pay rolls and send the invoices.
The time tracked on each task is very satisfying to watch.
The time I spent doing overtime is not reflected in the minimum hours of my shift and thus making me abandoned my shift.

We really haven't had a problem with Hubstaff. It is an excellent application, very easy to use and rich in features. It has brought us huge improvements in all areas and a satisfying product to use. Something they need to improve is that sometimes time is temporarily wasted, which creates uncertainty for contractors.
Hubstaff makes it very easy to manage team or empowered staff. The interaction of the screens allows us to keep abreast of what each developer is working on, whether they are in or out of the city. The level of activity has helped us monitor how much each developer is investing and we can give an immediate response to any problem
Since I have implemented this tool in my organization, I am at ease to easily judge the work progress of my particular team member in this it has become easy for me to evaluate them and thus I can give read them in addition it has becomes easy for my entire team to manage numerous projects at one time because we always have the transparent idea about the urgency of the certain project.
There is nothing which I do not like about this tool. It is very effective and profit generation software but one thing I want is that its interface looks bulky and there should be some graphical representation for the monthly and annual analysis, as it gives a sudden glimpse of the progress.

You will be able to visualize in real time how the work is carried out and track the location with GPS and geo-delimitation. It is available for Windows, Mac, Linux and on mobile devices, iOS and Android. It is composed of a variety of integrations such as Asana, Paypal, Basecamp among others. It is easy to use, and its interface is clean and organized for optimal user performance and management.
We are happy because our experience with hubstaff has been satisfactory and we obtain the results that we were looking for for our company, however after the updates it freezes or rents on some occasions, it makes us lose a little time, this does not mean which is a bad platform, but it could be much better.
We use Hubstaff to track the time of all the work team that we have distributed in different time zones and cities, it is easy to use and the work time tracking is accurate, in fact if you are not connected to the internet, as soon as the connection is reestablished, it sends you the data. It also helps us improve the billing we do to customers, allows the entire support team to point out any concern that may arise with the teams they manage. It also provides a controlled method to continue scaling businesses that we run in different countries as if we were in a single space, in general it is very complete. The results are truly gratifying.
About the web interface I really like it, the layout it's very cool and with great animations

I most appreciate that I can use hourly contracts as if they were fixed price contracts - my contractors complete their work, and then bill for the allotted hours.
When I mistakenly rejected a contractor timesheet, it was hard to undo the mistake. Hubstaff support was responsive and helped me out.
For long-term projects, Hubstaff's rates are better than Upwork, which imposes pretty severe penalties on contractors who take small jobs. So I feel the payment is fairer.
I like there are many ways to enter time and the integration to TeamworkPM keeps everyone organized.
I still have to hunt a bit for the reporting I need. Support has been very helpful letting me know what is possible. Also looking for more build out in the time off request/reporting.
We are measuring employee load, monthly project costing and tracking time off.
I was asked to use this when I worked on a remote project. It was accurate, had a reasonable user interface, and was available on desktop and mobile.
Took a while to realize it takes random screenshots of all my activity. I should haven't knowing this, but it took me a bit. I then restricted my work outside my project to either my phone or other devices. The timeouts are also frustrating; I was on a webinar once and it timed me out after 10 or so minutes. I told my employer, who said "well move the mouse or something." Well yes, but give me the 10 mins or so back. Another problem was that the UI can be frustrating. I would click on a project, then start, and the timer wouldn't start; one time I lost 90 minutes when I expected the timer to be running. It was not. Was not pleased.
As an employee, I guess timing project work times is helpful. And keeping clients on their toes by not going off track to other projects.
I like how simple it is to monitor employees' work.

I like that he has the ability to keep track of the work of the employees very easily. This tool allows us to know which employees are working efficiently and who does not, the wide variety of configuration options allows this tool to adapt perfectly to what one wants.
The only thing I do not like about this tool is the Android app, it does not work with the same effectiveness of the computer, because it has some restricted functions, for example, productivity metrics and screenshots, that limits a lot the usefulness of the app and I think that this really should be improved.
We have solved the problem we had to bill our clients in the projects carried out according to the time used. we have also improved the management of employees' working time, thanks to the ability to track this tool's time to see what our employees do, this also helps to save time and money.

Licencing is not corect, upgrading from 5-10 it was vaste off money, for small companys 1+ licence is more preferable
