iSpring Suite Reviews & Product Details

I love using iSpring and have begun suggesting among the rest of our company that we use it more for other departments such as HR (onboarding) and technical training. I was able to use PowerPoint and easily integrate the interactive elements like quizzes, role-play activities, etc. I had only a few hiccups that I figured out were user error. The text-to-speech option for audio narration is fantastic and perfect for a training course. Having that all within one service is so easy and streamlined and works great.

I have not found any downsides to using iSpring. I can't wait for what features are to come; I simply wish I had more time to work on eLearning course development as my day job!

iSpring allows me to create a course in SCORM format that will upload to our LMS. It makes it easy for me to take a program I already know (PowerPoint) and create the content directly within that platform, rather than having to learn a new one.

The integration of iSpring Suite functions directly in PowerPoint is probably the most important feature for our team, since we were used to creating our learning content in PowerPoint. It is very easy to generate SCORM and upload the file into our LMS. The implementation was fast and easy, we did it on our own, without any support from the iSpring Support Team! And by the way, the Customer Support offers great and free webinars on a regular basis, and it is always well organized, we can improve the way we work and share new ideas. The numbers of characters, backgrounds, objects, and icons help us to create dynamic content that makes the learner more focus to follow their courses because it is not boring! We use iSpring Suite as the authoring tool, I personally use it almost daily since the last 4 years. It is very stable and iSpring also offer regular updates with new functionalities. Try it and you will love it!

In the content library, where we found all characters, icons, objects, backgrounds and slide templates for design, we cannot do a multiple selection, we must add them one by one. It would be more efficient if we can select all that we are looking for in one-time.

iSpring Suite help our business to create nice and dynamic learning content efficiently. Our customers are using our LMS platform more often, they enjoy the new design of the learning content.

I innitially dowloaded the free trial of ispring, but after starting on my project i could tell that it was exactly what i needed. The interface used is highly comprehensive and user friendly making even the most dificult tolls and edits doable for someone with little to no previous experience and the best is that i can keep my content even if i were to eventually cancel my plan.

I like the idea of concurrent seats , but the fact that it cannot be accessed at the same time is a little inconvenient and that is why we opted on just getting the full seats.

we had a training sytem, but for the purpose that we wanted to have e-learnign modules that combine videos, quizes and selfpaced learning the other program was not being useful as it had a segmented approach(you had to go out of videos to go back to power point) andi spring allows us to have it all on the same place and deliver a high end training to our staff.

I enjoy using iSpring Suite because of its ease of use, short learning curve, and good product support.

The only constructive feedback I have about iSpring Suite is pricing.

It is helping me communicate and train others on different topics.

The application is easy & intuitive to use.

Range of character expressions/emotions in roleplay are limited.

Makes learning materials interactive & engaging.

It's super user friendly. I've tried other e-learning creation platforms, but they felt too bulky and I have to do the heavy lifting myself. With iSpring, the integration, the format, everything is readily available and customizable so I can focus on the core content and make it creative while still maintaining the professional look and feel of the course. It's a great time saver and has significantly improved my efficiency. They also have great support, seminars and videos on how to use their program features.

I think the player could be a bit more customizable, but overall no complaints! iSpring customer support is also great if I do run into problems. They answer right away and disagnose the issue while trying to help me reach a resolution.

The format and user interface come ready to go with iSpring. Other content creation platform, there is too much to do to program the course, I felt like I was spending all my time on that rather than developing the content and making it engaging for users. iSpring mitigates these issues and I really appreciate that.

The support I got from Karina was wonderful.

I think the suite is great. No issues with it so far.

Building training and coverting to SCORM

iSpring has been a great tool to take our curriculum to the next level by converting it from an in class presentation style curriculum to an e-course that students can complete the lessons on their own in a fun and interactive way. It has given our clients the ability to use our curriculum in the traditional classroom setting and in a virtual classroom setting.

There is not a lot of variety with the voice-over dialects and tones. It is also very cumberson to use voice-overs in interactions and role-plays as there is not a way to input these like there is on the traditional slides.

iSpring has allowed us to develop and create virtual products allowing us to offer variety to our clients in all settings.

The narratoin is helpful and the interactivty.

I do not dislike anything about Ispring.

Our organization teaches employees and Ispring will help to make our courses more interactive.

iSpring uses PowerPoint as its foundation. This is HUGE in that the learning curve is significanly decreased. iSpring options are then are very intuitive.

It does act very wonky when you save your published files to a directory that is being synced for backups (e.g. Box). It would also be great if it had learning game templates.

It allows me to build a course and package it all in one; allows for animated graphics; and publishes easily to different LMS's.

iSpring is easy to use. I use it to incorporate modern design for presentations. I use the recorder to create modules. I use it to create surveys and quizzes for classrooms.

I can't think of any downsides because it gives me what I need it to. There are frequent updates to give us the latest in the software. If I had to pick something, I would say larger icon portfoilo.

It has allowed us to create online courses which we did not have before. We are able to create our own surveys and assessments that have been very easy to use and receive reporting.

It is cost-effective, efficient, and there's a wide variety of resources on the platform. It is also customisable according to your own content.

It lags and sometimes it is buggy when uploaded to the Learning management system, the format also sometimes appears wonky.

It helps to speed up the process of packaging online learning content which you can customise according to your needs and is more cost-effective.

I like the ease of use, at first, I thought it was kinda a low-end software since I have been a user of Adobe Products and creative cloud. I have found there are multiple tools that I can use and it is a very high-end product. I just need to use it more. I am in the process of trying to create work instructions for field service techs. I am playing with the landscape /Potriat and I think I actually could create an instruction manual using I Spring and PowerPoint. Do you have any other additional templates for instruction manuals that can be printed as well as used for E-Learning?

I only have been using this for a few weeks so getting to know it. I would like access to more templates. :)

I was helped with a user question and the help I got was awesome. I like that the person sent me a screenshot with the steps highlighted.

I LOVE that I can message and help right away! I could message the problem instantly and get a response and help immediately.

I like everything about I Spring. I can't wait for them to add more backgrounds
