Setup and management of multiple Wordpress instances is a breeze. Features such as an integrated CDN and SSL generation are appreciable niceties.

Prices are high if you’re comfortable setting up basic site features on your own using third party providers. Storage space is very limited given what you pay.

Not having to worry about the sysadmin side of running Wordpress sites is a pleasant benefit. I appreciate the automatic backups, Wordpress updates, and plugin updates. More than anything, I find great value in having a staging instance of my Wordpress sites to which I can make changes and experiment prior to pushing code to live.

I mainly like the fact that it make managing websites extremely easy.

Honestly I have zero complaints about Kinsta, it has great features.

Just used it to manage the different websites our company built.

I like the ease of handing over the keys and watching the product run smoothly without incident

Technical support is 24/7 and staffed by people who actually know what they're talking about. It's also fast.

Low number of PHP workers. Way too expensive. It fits for one site—I'd love to use Kinsta for all my sites, but it's far too expensive.

Managed hosting.

Kinsta is a good Wordpress host. I most like the fact that each Worpress site is isolated.

The pricing is a bit much for me. If you are hosting a large site it is probably worth it though.

The dashboard made it much much easier to deal with all of the tasks I have going on at one time.

First, I was sold a song and dance. I mentioned that the most important thing to me was fast service. I found this not to be true with Kinsta. It typically takes between 4-6 minutes for a first response from support, and then after that it often is minutes between each response. Granted, there's a lot to work out when you first switch hosts, but the rep promised faster responses than with Liquid Web. The opposite was true. Though they are more knowledgeable about my issues. I had WPX before, which NOBODY can beat as far as customer services goes. But WPX only offers shared hosting and we needed our own server. In addition, the rep told me that they use enterprise cloudlfare and if I needed a rule put in place for it to just let support know. Support informed me that they're not able to do this. Also, they don't utilize all the things from enterprise. Basically they just use the security and the CDN. I have been frustrated with my customer service experience so far from Kinsta, however, my site is faster and has fewer outages than on my liquidweb and WPX servers. I just wish I was told the truth before I signed up.

The biggest reason for transferring was to have hosting with a provider who knows Wordpress and responds quickly. I needed the 504 error fixed from my old host as well. The additional workers and wordpress configuration has fixed the error. The server isn't necessarily faster, however, with the additional workers, I don't get down time when trying to edit the site or when we have an influx of visitors. I only wished I was sold the fast customer service and CDN that was promised.

reasonable support but certainly not perfect

PHP workers limits. I was unaware of this issue before joining as no previous hosts even mentioned it. I have since come to know it as the achilles heel of my website. Supposedly my site requires more PHP workers to function properly. Only after migrating do I learn this and now they ask for US$3k per year to upgrade to the workers I need for my site to not crash. This is a major flaw with Kinsta so I would warn all newcomers to carefully assess your site's requirements and steer clear or budget for needing more workers, which makes it very very expensive compared to the competitioon. Avoid Kinsta in my view.

Their snarky rude customer support. Their super slow platform in spite of promises of being the fastest in the history of the world.

I dislike they allow you no control of your server, I dislike they seem to like to blame their customers, I dislike how brutally slow the platform was. I dislike their scam of a refund policy.

Caused lots of problems, solved zero.
