It's easy to put together a good-looking email.
This is really minor, but I'd like to be able to import a contact list from an Escel file.

It is easy to create an email and the designs that are offered are great to use as well. Being able to resend to customers who may have missed your email and using AI is also a great bonus!
There is not anything so far that I dislike about Robly
I do not have to clean up my own email list from bounces, Robly does that for me so that saves me time and the headache.
I like the new technology that re-sends your newsletter to people who hadn't opened it up yet.
I am not familiar with everything as of yet to create a clear flow. Part of the scheduling is a little confusing.

I love how easy it is to use. I can put together professional looking emails with no coding experience, and the formats look the same across different email platforms.
There could be a few more customization options in the email designs. Once you choose a template, you're blocked into only a few options.
When I used Gmail to contact our customer base, I was getting hundreds of bounce backs. Incredibly frustrating, and not great for business. Also, the formats in the emails would get completely out of whack. Robly gives an awesomely consistent email.
My representative at Robly assisted in the construction of our personalized template; instructed me on how to manipulated it and answered questions during the training. Changing from my old system Robly took me about 25 minutes, including building my first email. I was amazed that it was so easy.
It doesn't wash dishes...Just kidding! I need to get more experience with Robly to most effectively answer this question.
My analysis of customer behavior has improved. I can target customers better and avoid wasting my time when marketing.

There have been times where I've saved my drafts, and then find that the information is not actually saved. This has led to my having to recreate my emails from scratch.

I would like more choices in the background designs, instead of just color ... maybe some graphic designs to jazz up the e-mail.

Robly is very easy to use, the layout looks nice and has flexible options, the customer service is good and the price is right. Overall, we are really happy with the product and we have used several platforms out there. Robly seems to make the most sense for our business needs.
I don't believe there is a spell check, which makes it a little more cumbersome to edit the campaigns. It connects easily/automatically with facebook, but not with linkedin. A built in way to auto post to linkedin would be helpful.

I'm new to using Robly and I used the chat feature to get help with some tech issues I was having with navigating the website, and they were very helpful! I used the chat feature twice and both times they were able to satisfy the answers I was looking for.
I'm still new to using Robly so needing to get more familiar with everything. Might need a tutorial to help get comfortable with all of the features. I may just need more time to familiarize myself with the program as well.
E-mail blasts are a great way to send out mass marketing to our contacts.
I've been using Robly for about 6 months now; I switched from Constant Contact. I've been really pleased with their platform and customer service - I especially love the branded template they made for me, it truly helps to tie everything together and give my customers a visual reminder of my brand. And lastly, I think the SecondGen application is genius. I'm a convert!

Robly has done a great job building their templates with intuitive user interfaces that allow for easy customization. Importing from Constant Contact was a breeze and when it comes to customer service Robly wins by a landslide.

My intent is to provide ongoing contact with my clients. I have had several new clients who say they've been following my email for a few years. This tells me that email marketing is Worth It.
The customer service is excellent. Although I haven't had to use it lately, whenever I hit a jam, someone is right there and very helpful. It's pretty user friendly and the "help" section works, which is grand.
Working with addresses is kind of clunky -- I'd like to be able to select addresses without making a new group. In terms of design, I wish my colors selected for the template would be remembered -- I have to change the colors (background, for example) throughout the newsletter each time I add a new text box, for example. I like my template, but want to change the colors each time. It's a hassle. Sometimes, the text box menu disappears -- I don't know where it goes..
It's much easier to communicate with my members and it's great to see who is opening (or not).
