We use this service mainly for professional development at the school. I especially like the templated surveys they already have, like "K-12 teacher feedback survey" among others.

Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to access whereas Google Forms is a lot easier because most people have a Gmail account.

It has helped in professional development settings as a teacher to give feedback about what is going on in the school and how satisfied the teachers are with the things that they have.

The ease of use. You simply click the link in your email, navigate to the survey page (no need to login), finish the survey, and you're done in a matter of minutes (or seconds for the short ones).

There are ways to get around the 1 survey per 1 person, but I'd like to think most users aren't going to waste time doing that.

We often use this after company events to get feedback/concerns on how it went, how we can improve. We've also used it for Parties to judge outfits and to answer questions about the Company as a whole.

Love how fast and to the point the surveys are. Always quick and easy. Questions always pertaining to topic of surveys nothing misleading very understandable

The ability to customize and send information to users at any Email Roman is truly great.

I cannot say anything major appears. It would be nice to be able to reschedule and track follow up surveys instead of creating new ones.

They are easy to set up for staff and employees. Not a lot of click bait while taking the either.

I never had an issue with them. There was nothing I encountered that made me dislike using it.

Basic surveys are fast and easy to create and to modify. Lots of other specialty modules tailored to specific needs and objectives. Lots of use cases and examples.

I wish SurveyMonkey provided an audience distribution service. Currently I take the survey and then use MailChimp to send to my list or a purchased list.

You can never have too much feedback from customers and prospects. The more knowledge the better chance of creating loyal customers.

We get live feedback on new systems we roll out or new ways to handle tasks. The workplace benefits because everyone feels like they are contributing to the office with their input!

This is such an intuitive app and so easy to use! Usually done to gather a lot of info/surveys from departments.

The way the data is translated is through email. Would love a better way to compile everything.

Survey Monkey makes me feel like a professional research scientist with their fancy tools and myriad of question types available for use.

We have used Survey Monkey to have our parents sign up for Parent-Teacher Conferences as well as parties and field trip sign ups. It saves us so much time and the parents receive a reminder. Our parents love the fact that nothing has to be returned to school. A few clicks and they have signed up for an event, receive a reminder and know exactly what is going on.

It’s a little complicated to get it sent off to so many people at once - mainly because we only use it a few times a year.

We are solving the problem of keeping all of our information for special events together. We can all see it at any tome and make adjustments to it. We can print it off to share with others as well.
