I love everything about Zoho Social. It's absolutely perfect.
I am able to plan my posts around special PR holidays. It's also a Godsend to plan 24 hours worth of content to target my audience in different countries and time zones. Most importantly, I can rest easy that I am hitting all of my marketing goals so I can focus on other aspects of my business.

My over all experience with zoho social is very good. I have garnered more than 2100 followers within 2 months from 700. It can be easily integrated with multiple social media platforms seamless. It has been responsible for lead generations. The number of queries have also seen a rapid solid increase from the past few months. Our organic traffic can be effectively managed. We have a clear visibility and we can make clear plan actional roadmap to achieve our future goals with zoho social. We are using zoho social for social media analytics, social media marketing. We track each and every post and campaign from zoho social itself. I am very happy with the results and will recomend it to everyone.
Customization of post templates is not possible in zoho. If they add these features and advanced them then there will be no stopping. It will be a one stop solution for social media marketing.
All the posting activities are done through zoho social, we can create a content calendar on zoho social and time a particular post it will soon post it on the exact time which has been set by a user.
The easy integration with all my Social media account, being able to track the performance Helps me to improve on it.

Ease of scheduling posts over several social media platforms
Being able to schedule custom daily reports that are automatically sent to my email every day.
There are very few features to dislike about Zoho Social but the only hinder is not being able to log onto multiple social media accounts of the same social media platform (Such as logging onto 2 Twitter accounts) in the same brand.
Scheduling and being able to post content onto our various social media platforms are much more efficient now and can be done from one convenient place. The integration with the other Zoho apps such as allowing other moderators to approve certain posts is a huge plus side as well.
What we like best about Zoho Social is the simplicity of the program. The fact that we can manage multiple social media channels in one place, as well as gaining valuable analytical data, means that we can save a significant amount of time promoting our organisation.
Overall, Zoho Social is a good product. If there were one thing that was to be considered a dislike, it would be pricing. For a small, independent, operator every cost I incur is high. I do not gain income from my business at this point, so the price is a big sticking point for us. While Zoho Social's pricing structure is fair, it could be cheaper and more accessible for the small, independent, minimal cash organisations like ourselves.
Zoho Social saves my organisation and brand a significant amount of time when it comes to scheduling and maintaining our social media presence. We can schedule content on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram have saved us a tonne of time. This benefit was noticeable when we organised a campaign to promote a set of new resources developed by our brand. We were able to schedule the same social media post for multiple channels at the same time. An effective and efficient benefit of Zoho Social!

The interface is super clean and simple. I liked being able to see latest posts in a clear view with the interactions noted for a quick glance. The monitor and connections tools make keeping an eye on your industry, brand or key topics much easier than some other platforms. I also think the reporting is the cleanest out of other social tools.
Even though I do like the interface, it took some getting used to as far as selecting the platform you're sending content to (this was just not intuitive to me for some reason). I suspect as I continue using it, this won't be a problem..
I am a one-woman marketing team so I need something that can streamline what we do on social channels but also keep things from getting lost. Many other platforms make this much more complicated than I need. I also liked Zoho best for staging posts that needed approval and making it easy for someone on my team to improve them. This is a small thing, but Zoho is also one of the few tools I've found that lets you comment/like on LinkedIn from the desktop app. This was a necessity for me to not have to be jumping from tool to native platform to mobile app, etc.
It's an excellent tool for managing everything in one place!
