I love that I can run literally any type of business out a clickup. A roofing company, a marketing business, a video company, I cannot think of a type of company not good for ClickUp. I have built so many cusotm tools becuase of the robustness of the API and the 'forms' function.

not alwasy great at embedding things into the list views, most embeds work, but many do not.

Time tracking, automation, you name it clickup has helped me solve it.

I'll be biased but I don't want to find fault with ClickUp. In its main goals of being one of the best project management apps I find ClickUp incomparable. I am a person capable of adapting and ClickUp offers an infinite series of tools and customizations that allow me to solve too many of the recurring problems that can be encountered in the management of information, projects, sharing. It sure isn't perfect but for that there will be ClickUp 3 :)

With ClickUp I was able to centralize information and workflows. I find it great for: Finding information even after a long time. Centralize and track information and process. Share and communicate. Avoid forgetting. It is a tool that I could no longer do without at work and in everyday life.

ClickUp has so many features to help me keep track of everything I'm doing in both my day job and side business - I'd be lost and always scrambling to catch up without it! I love the fact that you can have multiple layers of tasks within a project, can set dependencies between tasks (both for setting a relationship as well as creating a workflow where one must be completed before the other), the custom fields are amazing for tracking all the specific details I need for each job, the automation has been a lifesaver at getting my tasks updated appropriately without me (or my team) having to remember our business rules, the form functionality is awesome (I can have someone submit info via a ClickUp form and it automatically creates a new task, with all the right fields populated based on what they submitted, and I could go on! I've used several other project management tools, which have never quite met my needs. ClickUp has achieved a great middle-ground of providing robust functionality and customization with a clean UI that can support everyone in knowing what to do next and following a standard workflow, no matter their technical capabilities.

I wish the home page was more customizable. I like some things about it (like being able to see comments where I've been tagged, and my next tasks coming due), but since I don't use all the features, and can't customize it to fit my workflow better, I end up not using it. I also find the reports lacking. Although there are many options for report templates, since I can't use custom fields, I have not been able to monitor my ClickUp data in the way I would like.

ClickUp provides a way for me to create standard workflows, ensure I (and my team) don't miss any steps when completing projects, and helps me manage projects as well as monitor what my team is working on at any given time. This allows me to focus on the actual work and not spend time manually tracking tasks, employees, projects or trying to remember what to do next.

ClickUp combines the tools we need into a single place. The document handler is amazing. I replaced Google docs and EverNote with ClickUp.

I wish we had unlimited tags for documents. The limit on tags keeps us from being able to easily retrieve Documents.

I love the task management. They built the AI feature for usability.We track all projects in ClickUp from ideation to revenue. Sharing with team members is easy

The flexibility and color options, I love that I can access information virtually from everywhere, it's very compatible with other platforms (Trello, Google Drive, Slack).

Automations are sometimes hard, like to create the correct label or instruction. Also I dislike that the function to copy or retain statuses sometimes does not migrate correctly.

I can minimize emails and slack chats during work hours. Tasks are easily assigned, and I can review notes or status early in the morning and resolve them.

At Egos Bi we love using ClickUp, the customizable organization and connectivity of each element in the workspace allow us to connect with all departments.

Interaction with calculated fields is still limited.

It allows us to structure our projects, update progress very quickly, communicate specific situations. It also gives visibility to our clients as guests in our space, giving them security and confidence in the progress of their project.

It's simple, scalable, and effective. The hiearchy isn't overcomplicated: the simple power of scalable & organized lists (with the view variations) makes it an absolute dream come true. Clickup truly has everything that all the competitors have (trello, asana, notion, etc) but all in one. It's more than better. It's the BEST.

The learning curve is deathly can make anyone want to cry lol and give up before they experience the life-changing magic. You've REALLY got to be committed and want to stick it out through the painful struggles. It's one of the most difficult sofrware learning curves I've ever experienced (and my background is in SaaS)

I use clickup for EVERYTHING. Now instead of having 20 billion different pieces of software (social media planners, CRMs) not taking software, etc, I can use like 1 tool. I basically now just have my website backend, google drive, and clickup. and the support is amazing. much unlike trello.......

I love all the integrations and automation that ClickUp provides. Being able to organize/view my tasks in a way that works for my brain is also extremely valuable.

So many tools, so little time to learn them all. I wish I could get a daily 15-second video with a new tip because I'm sure I'm missing out on a ton of valuable ways to use this multifaceted platform.

I work in the marketing side of real estate, which means things are always moving quickly. When an agent needs to get their listing out in the world, I need a lot of finite details. We use automated forms to gather all the vital information and store it in one place, so I can find everything I need at a glance and get the job done quickly and efficiently. This has been a game changer in our business.

ClickUp is easy to use and understand. I love that it can help me plan and prioritize my work and shared work with colleagues. I appreciate that there are multiple ways to view project spaces, and I love that I get a daily reminder of what's on tap - this helps me to stay on top of things or reschedule as necessary when things get busy.

Honestly, not much! It's been difficult to get some of my colleagues to adapt to using the platform (but also fun to see when the light bulb goes on!) My team did find that it was not intuitive that subtasks would not automatically assume the due date of the top-level task (if not assigned a separate date), but this is easy to work around.

ClickUp is helping me to better plan my work and hold myself accountable. It is also helping me to plan for shared work and to seamlessly share progress and updates with colleagues.

one software with numerous uses can be a one line for clickup. I use it on daily basis for my managing my projects . it is so easy to use and efficent. They offer real time dashboards and work details for tracking the ongoing and completed tasks. Automation and app integrations is amazing . they have great techn support and lots of tutorials to watch and user friendly

the only dislike i have is the inability to send the tasks directly from gmail

C'est un bel outil mais aussi un gros outil. Il faudra consulter un tuto ou deux pour utiliser toutes les fonctionnalités.

ClickUp has every single feature that you might need, and most of them can be turned on/off as needed. That's a great way to customize each project to be as simple or complex as needed. I've also delt with support a handfull of times and they're among the best in the industry.

I get a lot of feedback that non PM's are intimidated by the user interface. V3 is an improvement, but I'm not sure that will be enough to get all business users (accounting, sales, etc) to buy in.

ClickUp combines the benefits of a nocode database application (a la Airtable) and a full-featured PM software, like Wrike. If you really learn what the platform is capable of, you can run virtually any business using ClickUp alone.

Speed and Performance: In certain instances, we see some occasional delays or lags in the platform's speed and performance, particularly when dealing with larger projects or extensive data.

Visibilty and length of time spent on tasks to measure efficiency and improve productivity

The color and we can record in the task and not as confusing as other competitors! We are truly happy! I have experience using Asana, Trello and Notion! But this one has been the easiest to use and automate! The support was also amazing as per my boss. We use it everyday. We also intergrated loom with is which something we need as we work remotely! This makes any project works easily almost without any issue with the implementation.

I would say my experience where it becomes slower as time goes by

We become aware how many times our tasks takes to complete, we also become more aware of our pending tasks.

There are so many customizable options that you can ensure that ClickUp works how your team works.

This is a tough question! There are some minor features I would like to see added, but ClickUp has a feature forum that you can use to let them know and they provide status updates.
