I like planning releases for several teams with different timelines and dependencies. It's easy to set up and user-friendly for all stakeholders. Everyone has access to the plan through the public link.

I wish to have the functionality to paint some days with specific colors, which will show the release blocking dates, but these dates can be managed as work dates and show the other process activities.

GanttPRO is an excellent project management tool that has proved to be useful for my school projects. I am in art school and have to deal with many overlapping deadlines. GanttPRO may have a steep learning curve for those unfamiliar with gantt charts or organization based software. One thing that is challenging is that GanttPRO has limited integration with other tools and there isn't a convenient way to print gantt charts if you want to have a physical copy. I tend to do better with having hard copies that are always visible.

Nothing! It is great to use and makes life easier for small to large scale projects, we have been using it as a 2-4 team and its been super helpful but would work for lager teams too!

Con gantt pro, pude organizar el trabajo de los miembros mi equipo, ya que estamos en proceso de desarrollo de proyecto univertirario, y cierto que tenemos mucho trabajo por delaten, con gantt pro los pude agregar al proyecto, que les llegara notificaciones de cada una de las tareas que yo le mande a realizar.

lo que no me gusta de gantt pro, es la parte de que no tenga moo oscuro, mis compañeros me decian que si no sabia donde podian poner el modo oscuro, pero nunca lo logramos encontrar

Gantt pro, ayudo a resolver el problema de que, poder planificar todo el trabajo que teniamos encima, podiamos usar un diagrama de gantt en exel, pero la desventaja es que no podiamos todos acceder al archivo, con gantt pro, todos pueden acceder y observar sus tareas a realizar

It's easier to use than Microsoft Project and its cheaper. When I first use MS Project, it took me days to generate a nice looking gantt chart. In Gantt Pro, it is just minutes, awesome!

I have use it for a day. The watermark is annoying for the free version, but I understand at least you can use the full feature in 14 days with just a watermark.

You can also collaborate with your work group by inviting them to the project you created so that they are more connected with each task that corresponds to them and obtain better results with more precise planning.

The only bad thing perhaps is that they should implement a 1-month trial plan for users who want to get to know the application in depth, I think that with that trial time they would love it and they can get a payment plan after the satisfaction they were offered

It was very easy to get my team connected and planning together. Everyone was able to sign in through Google and get collaborating! This is better than other solutions we found, where collaboration was not instant or as robust -- especially in the realm of email reminders to our team.

I am not a fan of the paywall involved in the product, especially considering our team did not know we were partaking in a 14-day free trial. Maybe we just overlooked something on the Gantt creation process, but it would be nice to see more clarity on the site about what you are entering. Furthermore, if you decide not to pay, there is no ability to export the chart as a PDF or Excel document -- everyone's progress is held hostage by the paywall.

Our team is comprised of students working in a programming class, so we were not very good at visualizing a grand schedule for our four-month project. Até o momento, em quase 3 meses utilizando GanttPro como minha ferramenta principal de gerenciamente de projetos, não encontrei defeitos que atrapalhem a minha experiência com usuário final.

Entre os pontos fortes que mais valorizo na plataforma são: a possibilidade de alocar recursos e horas de trabalho às atividades; as notificações quando uma tarefa está próxima a iniciar ou vencer; Acompanhar organizadamente as atividades em andamento ou atrasadas; a possibilidade de poder aplicar diferentes filtros nas atividades do projeto.

Que tiene un ambiente gráfico muy interactivo y una de sus ventajas es que es muy fácil de usar.

Me ayudó bastante, ya que me permitió graficar mi Proyecto para las Prácticas Profesionales de la UVEG (Universidad Virtual del Estado de Guanajuato), a la vez que me permitió compartir el avance de dichas prácticas con mi Asesora Académica por medio de un link, así como también pude exportar una imágen de toda la gráfica de Gantt de todo mi proyecto para los Retos (Evidencias) de dichas Prácticas Profesionales sin ningún problema.
