I love that JotForm allows me to easily electronically build my forms and documents just so I want them for my practice. My documents look good, and they are easy to share and track. I'm able to have the security I need, and get all of this for a reasonable price.

I have no complaints. Using JotForm allows me to do what I need to do easily and affordability.

My business is virtual. JotForm allows clients to sign off on the necessary forms before we meet. This streamlines client intake and makes paperwork completion faster.

Using Jotform is as easy as 1 2 3 ! I enjoy all the templates and the forms that they give us access too.

I haven't personally run into any issues with JOTFORM . I can't say there is anything i dislike about it .

I had the opportunity to sign up to use e-signature and was surprised by how helpful this website could be. This website could reduce so many admin tasks and improve working environments.

The website was a little complicated in the beginning. However, after using it for a few times, I got used to it. Therefore, I suggest making more user friendly.

It saves a lot of time by making the system automated and not manual anymore.

Jotform makes managing our school enrollment process that much more easier. The templates are user friendly and the editing options available are plentiful. We also enjoy the design options given.

The pricing is bit steep when utilizing the plan that needs more than 5 forms and the fact that they do not have a seasonal hold option for those industries or companies who need to pause their subscription versus going through the cancellation process.

We use jotform throughout our enrollment process. Parents and I terested families utilize form to fill out and enroll with our school. We also have our policy documents on there as well.

The conditional formatting allows us to customize to our needs.

Get lost in the show and hide field sometimes and support is good but sometimes can't replicate issues. Also would like a widget to do a Vehicle (VIN) decode.

I was able to create a working form in very little time - with no prior experience with JotForm. I shared the link with the staff via email, and we have used it for the last eight (8) months with no problems at all. I also love that there is an app for my cell phone. Very convenient!!

I haven't found anything I would change or don't like at this time. They have created a great product.

I created a requisition form so teachers could order materials/supplies and get approval from me quickly. It notifies me when a new request is submitted and notifies staff when it has been approved. I also have the option of denying a request and sending it back with comments.

Ease of use and flexibility. I appreciate how use Jotform is to create on-demand forms with no developer intervention. It has advanced features used for conditionals and routing.

Sometimes the CSS overrides and styling are a little bit clunky or hard to use, especially for button and font styling. But in general the styling is pretty flexible.

It is helping us generate a myriad of forms on demand for open houses, real estate agent information, and event registrations. I like using it a lot! I wouldn't want another product.

Jotform has streamlined the process for intaking new clients. It feels like having a personal assistant. I don't have to repeat myself describing product offerings constantly AND it generates an automated response or can direct them to the next step once the form is submitted. I also love that I'm not so tied to my phone constantly checking messages for those new, interested clients. Now I get a push notification when someone has completed the form! I don't keep many notifications on, on my phone but Jotform is one that I absolutely do! It's made my life so much easier as a solopreneur.

I would love to see more advanced, modern, aesthetically pleasing template options.

Jotform has worked seamlessly for both our individual relationships with our clients as well as event planning with new clients. The forms are simple to set-up and the templates offer ideas for other forms. The spreadsheets with gathered data are also incredibly helpful.

I wish I knew how to use all the gadgets available but this requires time to learn which is scarce these days.

We deal with groups comprized of dozens if not hundreds of people. We use the forms to have individual make meal selections for group trips. Additionally when we are planning to attend trade shows we use it to sign-up attendees to our function.

We needed to show different questions depending on certain answers, and the conditional logic setup was intuitive and very user-friendly. I've tried many different forms and they did not have so many logic options.

I wish there was a bit easier way to repeat questions and answers. Ie I might want only one option changed on a question depending on the answer to a previous question.

The most helpful thing about Jotform is how easy it is to navigate and how organized it is. It is super easy to create the form and having all the submissions in one place is amazing.

I think the only thing I do not like about Jotform is that I cannot link multiple emails to it, there are times I want to send approval requests to other emails but I cannot.

I have to have every member fill out a form prior to joining my company and having the ability to have them fill it out online and have their submission come straight to my email and in the system makes it so much easier to track them and have their information at hand.

I have tried other platforms, but Jotform is easy to use and edit. I like the variety of templates it offers; they have made my job easier. Compared with other platforms, I love that jotform is easy to use and edit when downloading the registration lists, for example.

I don't have any complaints so far. I love how it works! Perhaps allowing us to upload more logos at the same time would helpful since we have multiple sponsors. I would say at least 3 as minimum

Well, Just the fact that after collecting data, I have easy access to download it, saves me a lot time. My clients also found it simple, straightforward and useful. They love the practicality of the platform.
