The interface and that's about it. They have an easy setup (but don't get fooled by that).
The fact that current social followers who are not the go-to-market can't be deleted with automation prior to syncing to other tools. Any touch from socials ends in contacts and in HubSpot later, etc. Real deal breaker.
So far, it only wasted my time.
The tool looks smart.. but you will eventually need support.
That they lead you to believe that it comes with support... No one has even answered my multiple emails with many questions.
