The workflows for the chatbots are amazing. I love the premade templates to use as a guide and how userfriendly the system is. It's also great that I can get messages from customers and see what was said without having to go online unlike how it was going with Shopify inbox. I'm excited to see how well Tidio works with two stores being linked because not having to log back out and in to see customer messages would make this a 9000/10.
I wish I could automatically go from one bot sequence to another in the version I am using. For now I'm finding workarounds but if there was an action that said go to Bot B when a specific item is pressed, that would be phenomenal for workflow.
I can get messages from customers and see what was said without having to go online unlike how it was going with Shopify inbox. I can create workflows to answer standard questions without having to constantly be online. Best of all I can disallow private responses so that people are getting answers for questions that used to get lost due to typos/different wording.
I love all the options they offer in their software, with lots of features and extra improvements, and besides I am very pleased with the support team that is in the tool, you are willing to any request and help you solve cuqluier issue in record time, an excellent tool 100% recommended.
I don't dislike anything about the tool, each option, operation and section are perfect and designed for any kind of need, highly recommended.
tidio helped me to solve the main problem of my company, and that is to be able to have communication with my clients without the need to be connected with them or to be able to attend them in some internal channel, with the facility of integrating a chatbot which makes the whole process thanks to all the integrated functionalities works perfect.
My favorite thing about Tidio is its intuitiveness, easy design and how great it integrates with social media messaging for me as a business owner, allowing me to view all my messages on one dashboard instead of managing multiple accounts.
I have not found any downsides really, I wish there were more platforms for integration though.
I am on multiple social platforms as well as my websites and I receive customer inquiries from everywhere. It is great to know that I can finally respond to all customer enquiries and not risk losing sales because I missed a couple of messages.

well i just got it. but it was running on another account. i was expecting to see website traffic but now i know why only got 1 visitor that being me lol , but i hope this will let me interact with customers as soon as they come in to my site, i guess with out it i would'nt see whos there and what pages there looking at.

Tidio provides a wonderful experience to my customers and my backend team as well. The user experience is so good that it doesn't take any effort to set up. Highly recommended to all woocommerce shops.
Its java script files take time to load, though they get better with an optimization plugin.

Tidio is feature rich and is more than just a chat app. It simplifies and automates sales flow and customer communication. Tidio is great for any small, medium or large business looking to increase revenue, retain and engage new customers and simplify customer communication and workflow.
The downsides of using Tidio are the limitations on visitors and chatbots. They offer unlimited plans now to help with this. Another downside is that there is no ability to whitelist IP addresses for your staff. So each time your staff visits your site you will trigger the bot and/or a visit skewing your metrics. But you can ban visitors if you need to and Tidio is great at responding to feature requests.

Tidio was amazing for my business as it allowed me to implement a support chat option into my website at a very low cost while maintaining user satisfaction and very user-friendly.
I don't really have any downsides to using Tidio as once again it is an amazing platform for implementing a chat into your website, the only thing I could say is cut back on the amount of menus there are yes it is user friendly but this could all be minimised into 3-4 categories instead of searching for them.
I used to use ZenDesk for my support chat but I was really struggling with getting it setup and implemented onto my site and not to mention the cost it was horrendous however since switching to Tidio I was amazing at how easy it was to implement and setup and once again at a very low cost!
The alert goes right to my phone every time someone is on my website. If they initiate a conversation it pops right up.
If they don't initiate a conversation, I can't capture their email.
I wanted to be able to answer questions from any potential customers and Tidio allow me to do just that!
The best thing about Tidio is the feature that helps you know which page the customer is browsing! and you could start a chat with them directly!
Just the price. It's worth it I admit yeah, but I hoped for a lower price for more operators

So far the chat not has been easy to set up. The guidance through the process makes it worth the effort. The best thing so far is the combination of the cost and the ability to setup on my WordPress account.

Difficult to say. I do wish WooCommerce was as supported as Shopify. I also wish the chatbots had integrations with external webhooks or allow fetching of data from a REST API.
Solves the issue of simple client communication, it also does a great job at automation. Benefits me also by aggregating all of my communication Channels. Can't complain.

I needed a modern and friendly way to handle support and ticketing without having to spend a fortune for it. I live and work in the Philippines, and these $60.00 per agent monthly payments are absurd in price! I also wanted something better than a hacked together version.

They react to my questions quickly. They interviewed me about my questions to dive deeply into them. They do improve Tidio later. I'm satisfied with their service.
They didn't allow me to export the conversation with my customers. The search function is not perfect for me to find out some specific information or customers.
Tidio has an AI Robot system. I build a robot for me to handle the questions from customers during my sleeping time. Tidio has a quick reply response system. I can use it quickly by keywords.
