I like the design of the platform, it is practical and effective. The interface is easy to navigate and generally their tools are easy to use. Zoho Projects makes planning easier with task lists, templates, and Gantt charts, and also incorporates functions to import files from other systems. Provides detailed reports for viewing in detail the distribution of tasks and progress for each project. It is a very versatile software.

I have no negatives to point out, this tool has worked seamlessly.

Zoho structures our projects in an organized and easy sequence. We do not lose sight of the most important tasks and avoid falling behind thanks to the reminders. It helps us work efficiently and also makes team collaboration more dynamic and assertive.

Zoho is excellent at managing projects tasks and link them with the issues, documentation and collaboration. Allowing us to keep everything at one place.

The enterprise plan we use we would have liked ability to add additional fields. I think that's a limitation on the plan but I don't really see a dislike.

We are a technology start-up and since our team & projects were agile, many tools we tried had a learning curve. Once we switched to Zoho transition was very smooth and UI is very intuitive. All of our new hires start using this from day 1 without any formal training. Since all the project tasks, issues, documentation and collaboration is at one place it makes our project tracking a breeze.

Zoho Projects gives us the capacity to build custom functions that cause event-based actions that enable system uniformity. It helps us to exchange text documents, reports, charts, or function together with the entire team, as well as identifying areas of the system that, from a development standpoint, are most intensive. This enables me to provide a clear idea of where we have different kinds of events by showing me a detailed list of projects. Also, an additional bonus to recording events comes with the use of the mobile app.

In Zoho Projects there are minimal monitoring methods, so there is no initial push or motivation to continue either. I would like to see some schedule alignment with information about the participation process.

Zoho Projects has a Simple UI, offers some detailed & robust interactivity features and makes us able to track projects. Also, we can build and update files easily, which saves some valuable time during our projects.

I assume it would bring enormous value to the brand if more roles could be directly employed in a Scrum unit. Also, I think Zoho Projects lacks of some flexibility when it comes to compress Excel files.

My company uses Zoho Projects for handling the creation of group time sheets and tasks. It is also used to view, monitor and handle individual tasks and the relative privileges of projects, of which usually more than 10 members are involved. The willingness to see the roles and expectations of others allows me to see how a job is on time and to evaluate and know when we'll be able to finish my assignments. Also, the free bundle of Zoho projects adds great value for our company, as it has helped us to ensure that all is set and, when needed, executed.

I've not yet found something I need but dont have. Moving from keeping everyrthing in your head to anything would be an imporovement, but i absolutely love it :D

We keep everything in one place, no more worrying about who we are forgetting or did we do it the same this time, we deploy project templates and knock em down!

The best feature was exporting all the issue list. The stages of completing a task are tracked easily which is also a splendid user experience. The UI/UX as a whole was worth some of the purchase. Time sheets for daily activity is best feature and using that data a comprehensive dashboard appears to the management to examine the performance of any employee and this respective Key performance indicators. Being a complete dynamic toll nothing let to be manual.

Zoho Projects does not always manage portfolios very well. It lacks the ability to do a pairwise analysis of projects to assist you with the decision-making process. Customization is not allowed according to your respective business thus you have to mold your process or working style according to the portal.

Zoho Projects gives us comprehensive reports of our projects and well as human performance and gives us paperless transactions. We can work collectively gather data and manage project details. It is very nice that I can quickly follow up on each project. We have saved a lot of time from not having to communicate through calls, texts and emails. Everyone connected to a project can always have instant access to project files and information to be able to act whenever it is most convenient for them, even at late hours in the day or on weekends.

Space to plan from the beginning the tasks of your projects and manage all the necessary resources to fulfill them. Automate the tracking of tasks, coordinate and supervise the work of the rest of the team, share documents of importance to the project and keep everyone informed, and as an additional helps you manage even errors that may occur in the course of execution.

In the interface it can be difficult to find some functions

We use it to plan projects related to the events of our movies to premiere, premieres, meetings with the press, photo shoot, film forums, among others. The way zoho allows me to manage teams in different projects. To track their time spent with the planned duration of a task Different chart where I can see the progress of my project and take actions accordingly.

Some times its very slow but the kind functionalities it provides litle slowness is something I can bare.

Before my company started using zoho. It was very hard to keep track of project milestones and deliveries. Causes and responsible for delay. We were managing everything using excel sheets which was very time consuming. But with the use of zoho now we can create teams within the project manage internal and external tasks. Manage dependencies, keep track of bugs with various custom status. And so many other things which make our life easy at work.

Much easy to plan, track, and cooperate using the preference project control platform for all our company. I can easily manage all my tasks which is help me to organize complex projects into easily operated units with milestones.

I can't say that there are big problems or we have the harm with the working process but I guess that this product should be much better work with mobile access.

We like to work together with this nice collaboration tool. We can log issues and track them as they fixed and tested. We know how to determine the custom working process and companies rules.

A great platform that gives you good opportunities to work on my tasks. This is a simple project management tool, but it provides all the functions that you need, without the excessive complexity of some programs. You can create your own forms for projects and tasks, allowing you to add and report your desire in which you are interested.

There is no way or copying of repetitive projects with all the content and people managing projects. In some browsers, you need to enter the user twice to add them to the notification list by e-mail.

If project management is a problem, then this is something that must definitely be tried once, as it marks the right fields for us at least. Try it yourself and better manage projects.
