Front is an essential tool for connecting with my colleagues regarding incoming emails. Rather than having to switch to an internal messaging service to ask my colleagues questions about an email I had received, I can have those conversations in my inbox on each message. That keeps everything (our conversations, notes and the messages themselves) all in one place.
My only complaint: I created a list of subtags and alphabetized them for easy searching. For whatever reason, the alphabetizing did not stick and now I'm back to a long list of subtags to search through. This could be user error but I'm not sure.
Front ensures all communications with colleagues regarding an incoming email are kept all in one place right in my inbox. This feature makes it easy to keep track of notes and conversations.

Collaborating on email
The ability to easily share emails and drafts. But the main plus is the ability to be able to have multiple users comment on emails .
Plugins developed for Outlook do not work and there is no ability to mark the importance of an email as in outlook.
Front allows emails received from central email to be allocated automatically to the intended recipient. In addition, the tool to group emails to related emails makes finding chains much simpler.
The discussions and that I can tag the person I need to have all of the email thread.

Front has made organization for working from home so much easier and efficent. The tagging and read receipts are very helpful in my personal experience and my business
I dislike that I cannot remove all sidebar items that I don't use but dont mind it - I just have to scroll further to get to team inboxes.
Tagging people is extremly beneficial because it takes the person right to the email without any other messages needing to be involved. I feel that has greatly improved the business.

It's a great tool for collaboration
When looking at emails sent to me, I can quickly put a tag on them to keep them organized so that I may never lose the email, making this service the best to use in my business! Even if I cannot find an email, the search bar makes it so much easier to find the email; most other email services will only search for the subject, while Front searches the entire email for the keywords I have searched for. Excellent!
For Front, there is only one dislike I am concerned with; The archive system. When I archive an email, sometimes the email will no longer be there, almost as if it's been deleted. It is a small overlook, but one that is concerning to me. Otherwise, excellent service!
The main issue that most businesses have is unorganized emails; Front helps solve this problem by adding tags and making them so easy to use and even easier to understand. There have been many cases where an important email has been misplaced and difficult to find; tags help solve this problem! Amazing!
It makes communication within your team super easy. You can tag people and comment on things within an email to provide direction or clarity.
I haven't noticed any notifications for when a snoozed email is back in the inbox. That would be helpful for an extra alert.
Communication between teams and if any emails aren't seen we can easily tag a team member in the email. It also helps with learning and development, if a team member doesn't understand something within an email we can comment on the part of the email to provide clarification in that email.

Front makes it easy to share and "side-bar" on emails without needing to forward threads to others who are not on the thread. I can easily "tag in" a coworker on a "private" email thread and either have them hop in to respond directly, or provide input directly in my inbox. You can also set up advanced tagging rules and folders, share email templates across teams, and snooze emails. It's a must-have for remote work.
Sometimes when a thread is intentionally broken off into a new chain, it's a bit confusing as the thread seems to appear back in the main conversation from time to time. I'm sure it's user error, but can be a little tricky.
Makes it easy to delegate tasks off of emails (ex flagging emails to managers, getting input on a draft, assigning emails to other teammates to respond to). This would all be impossible outside of Front.
The tags and the snooze option are great for keeping track of all my emails. Also, the templates option saves time and the results part shows how many emails work in a day/month.
You just fixed the white background. That didn't work out very well for me. It was like a lot of light on my screen.
The time of loading. It is getting faster when I open it. It used to take more time. Now it is reducing it.

The downside is it can be difficult to search front on times using a particular keyword. It just brings up too many search results at times.

The ability to have team inboxes and communicate with teammates about emails using the commenting section. Enjoy the collaboration and transparency with team inboxes. Great analytics and rules for designating emails to team members.
The integration with other apps can be a little slow. for instance; attaching tasks from Click Up can be quite time-consuming.
I am not aware of any problems Front is working on solving.
Front allows me and my team to collaborate seamlessly on all incoming requests and tickets in one inbox! I especially love that all queries can be stored in their own individual folder with a chosen emoji - so they are very easy to find!
It was overwhelming to set up at the beginning, so some How-To videos or live training sessions would have been greatly received by the team when we were starting out with Front.
It allows our Operations & People team to collaborate on all tickets and emails received (internally through the inbox). It also enables us to filter each query out to the correct person. It also allows us to leave queries open, while they are being discussed or dealt with.
Front has helped keep my inboxes from cluttering with spam & overflowing with other's emails. I LOVE the discussion feature, it makes group chats with teammates fun & easier to get a response.
It might be because it's connected to my gmail account but there are some glitches, I have had some emails from people not in my contacts go straight to the archive. The front team is always quick to fix & assist so no real complaints.
Front has helped our company declutter all of our emails & distribute our emails efficiently to the correct office branch. I also love that Front is partnered with Grammarly, it has helped me make my emails sound more professional.
