-some bugs are their like it will be stuck you can't add leads that time but the backin team is supportive they resolve the issues on call , also some to calls are auto dropped
-Task Remainder -Back support -Easy to use not needed much training to work on this. -You can train your junior with just one video and 3o minute training .

The best thing I liked about Simply was the ability to do sales, marketing and support all in one pack. Our sales team is able to track opportunities and view sales funnel reports, Gantt charts, sales visual insight etc. The marketing team is able to create and send email forms and tag the contacts to specific target audiences as well. Creating web forms and integrating them into third party software was also simple. The support staff is able to use a ticketing system to manage all projects and assistance log in one place. Creating an opportunity was never been that easier for us so in all we realised that it's a cool combination of sales, marketing, user and project management.
There are some places where you have to click here and there just to be sure you are on that page. Also I noticed the search tab sometimes find everything but the next time you miss it if you don’t know exactly what needs to be searched, the intelligent search feature must be there to make it like a Google search box.

I have had a problem configuring real-time notifications about client activities since sometimes the notification sent about the activities does not usually arrive and that established information is lost, which is a nuisance because that activity has to be asked by the customer again what it was and to be able to guarantee that it was sent, in addition, its cost is a bit high and its time of use is not adequate for which they should offer better shopping packages with more accessible prices so that more users can use it with more frequency.
