Visibility to track all of the work on the boards is amazing. I can see what is in progress, what is waiting to be picked up and what is completed. This tool enables me to better manage my teams to ensure we hit our deadlines and meet our goals.

Though Trello is like one big to do list, it does not allow you to track items in a to do list format. Everything is broken down into the cards and thus the work is divided amongst the cards. Also, task dependencies would be nice to have given the card format.

We manage our development backlog on Trello. It allows us to plan each step and to see its progress across each stage until complete. The shared insights into each board helps keep our teams accountable to staying on track.

Easy to use ios app for immediate note-taking and also assigning its value based on when it needs to be completed compared to other tasks, therefore, it helps to prioritises it above or below your pending tasks

There should be an audio integration feature where you can tell Siri to take notes of a task and embed it into one of the task boards depending on your calendar.

Prioritizing immediate and considered tasks so that I don't waste time doing tasks that can be delayed or delegated when needed.

I love the simple board and card functionality of Trello. Like a well-oiled machine, I can easily keep track of all tasks for ALL clients in one place, keep track of their progress, and keep archived for future reference.

Nothing off the top of my head that I particularly dislike. Got something - for some reason, the "activity comments" aren't automatically enabled on my boards. So everytime I create a new board, I have manually enable comment activity.

We've solved all task-tracking problems with Trello. Any future employee that joins our company, can easily search a client's board for a certain issue and see all our previous documentation on the subject.

The ease of use and friendly and smooth UI

Automation could be easier to work with for new users. Not sure if it's a feature or not, but I couldn't figure out how to have the member that moved the card to a list automatically join the card. It instead adds the member that created that rule.

My teams used it as an organizational tool to help us stay agile. It helped us stay more productive and focused on the goal. It helped us keep track of the tasks needed to complete a sprint.

Unlike other project management tools we've tried, everything is contextually relevant to a task card or project. This makes assets easy to find and add-ons make it easy to create highly optimized workflows with quality control checkpoints. With trello and my calendar integration, I never have to guess what the next highest priority task or project is. And I can always find the assets right there without having to search email.

Without the "Pro for Trello" add-on, Trello boards can get a little overwhelming if there are a lot of tasks and lists. Happily, they DO have good filtering mechanisms built-in. And Pro for Trello is a free browser extension that makes it even easier to hide lists and show task cards by tag or keyword.

There are several things I liked about this task and project management software; the main one is its user interface, it is pretty intuitive and makes it easy and pleasant to use; on the other hand, it is based on Kanban boards, which, for me makes it one of the most correct and organized tools for an efficient task and project management. It is used in all work areas of my organization and has brought good results.

Its mobile application for iOS could be simplified a bit. Currently, I feel it is a bit confusing, and another thing... its price is a bit high.

Since we started using Trello, we have noticed many improvements in managing tasks and projects. We maintain a better work order, we distribute tasks better among the work teams, we can collaborate very easily among ourselves, and we quickly meet the objectives; all this has resulted in more organized project management, better final results, and constant growth of the organization.

Trello was the first tool I ever used to implement agile methodologies in my daily routine. It has a simple structure, very easy to understand, and to learn how to use. You can create as many columns as you'd like and name them whatever you prefer. This is very helpful to unconventional structures.

As it is a kanban board, sometimes, if you have lots of cards, it can get a little bit hard to find what you're looking for because you'll need to scroll up and down to visualize all the cards, and you can only see five cards at a time, tops.

I use Trello to organize my notes and "jobs to be done." It helps me not to get lost on my daily tasks and to filter what, of all things that have been asked me to do, I have to take to my team's backlog.

Trello is versatile and I have used it in every industry I have been a part of since I discovered it a few years ago.

Not much to dislike. Might be nice if there were free tools, but you get what you pay for.

This is the tool which actually work as project manager. This application has super cool features -Help us to manage project - Create task, assign to team member and track real-time status. - it give super helpful templates to different type of Projhects like - Agile, Kanban, Remote team and one to one task - team members can add actuat time spent on task and set status - Provide fabulous dashboard and analytics - Email notification for task status and timely report - User access and management can be done. - Different access level and groups can be created.

As of now, I didnt found any neagtive thing about Trello... Just a super application and highly recommended

Its UI is very intuitive and clean. This enables very clean representation for all projects and activities. Since it has options of having pages as well as the ability to mark people into cards on each page makes this really valuable. My teams day starts and ends with Trello boards

Well, not any downside that I can think of that's really hindering. The controls and finding features has a learning curve as should be expected. But once you know where things are it becomes a lot easier

We were solving tracing of various projects and then deals within the sales department and tracking work for each of those deals and activities and prioritising them. This tool is a great product to visualise and have a big picture of the status every day.

I like the best easy layout and easy way of managing the tool. It's super user friendly and makes working on multiple projects more efficient. Easy and light design are the biggest advantages.

The tool is not responsive enough. While working on very complex projects it might be confusing for big teams or cross-created teams. There should be more features allowing users to create more complex workflows.

Trello is covering: managing the team, their tasks, costs and whole projects on many levels. It safes team's time and make them working in more efficient and easy way.

Nah. None. We have used Trello for managing multiple projects of the different multitude, and not even once had we faced any problem. You Go trello. Thanks for creating this.

Handling multiple projects, visualizing them, adding comments has made managing pretty easy. We can set our priorities and communicate easily. That trello board gives the feeling of a real board but this one's more creative and fun to use.

What I loved the most was the ability to create various project boards and move my projects from one to the other. It was a great way to stay organized and keep up will of the projects that my company was involved with.

Not having enough individuals who loved it as much as I do. It is also a hassle to delete some of the elements of Trello that may have been created by mistake or no longer needed.

The cards are visually beautiful and easy to use. I use it every day to organize my personal life. I tried to use it on my service, but they use the planner by default.

I love how easy it is to use Trello's many features of organization and reminding. As someone with ADHD, it can be hard to remember things and stay on task. Trello makes that so much easier.

It's definitely not designed for everyone. It works best for me, but that might not be for every person who will use this program. It doesn’t show task dependencies and it's for general project management only.

The problems that Trello solves are organization and communication when it comes to the details of different projects you might be working on simultaneously. Also the feature of sharing those works as well.

Trello keeps all of our projects into lanes we can customize. I love it's flexibility and integration with Slack. Our creative team lives in Trello! The template feature makes creating new projects fast and easy.

Not a single complaint. The interface is easy, and gives us all the flexibility we need. The only thing that would make it better would be the full feature set that our home office doesn't allow us to use (yet).

Trello lets us keep all of our creative projects smoothly lined out, and all parties informed. This had reduced the number of "misses" we have, and prevents items from falling through the cracks. With the Slack integration, we are always up to date and easily find status on projects.

When I found Trello, I was looking for a place to store, organize, and update information on contacts for both of my businesses. I am *not* a spreadsheet person as I get lost in those things! I love Trello's clean aesthetic that makes it super easy to drag cards between lists as their relevance changes. I can organzie them alphabetically or by date updated for easy viewing. AND I can keyword search when I don't remember exactly what I'm looking for.

Honestly, I haven't found any major dislikes with Trello. I've been using the free version and it's covered my needs up to this point. If I were to complain about one thing, sometimes the app version is glitchy. It has shut down when I go to update or move a card. Nothing a few updates can't fix I'm sure.

I used to keep paper notes for my business contacts and follow ups but had no way of moving them around to keep top of mind who is most important to follow up with sooner, and who do I need to reach back to months down the line. On paper I would also run out of note taking space when new information needed to be added to the contact. In Trello I can quickly and easily add a time stamped note and see the entire record right on the card. I make different "Lists" titled with the categories of urgency and relevance that I need to see to keep the flow going. I LOVE how simple it is to move cards between lists. It has become such a time and frustration saver.

I love Trello's layout. Differentiating projects by lists and individual cards makes organization simple. I like customizing my boards and having an aesthetically pleasing to-do list.

Editing cards can be tricky sometimes. I've had to single click, double click, and nothing happens. I also wish there was a 'delete card' feature, as opposed to just an 'archive' capability.

As someone developing an entirely new department, Trello makes project management bearable. Instead of keeping different documents/sheets for organization, everything is in one neat place.

It helps me stay organized and actually remember to get projects done that I've planned.

The layout isn't the most aesthetic, it looks a bit unfinished.

With Trello I'm able to post notes about current and future projects and collaborate with others in one place.
