I like all the built-in analytics and SEO tools to optimize and track the performance of my blog, landing pages, and website pages.
It has sometimes been difficult to work on the same project as a team at the same time because of updating issues. There has also been some trial and error as far as editing information in a fixed template element then losing the work that's been done later.
Not only are we better optimizing our website for SEO, but we're starting to take advantage of the education offered by HubSpot in the certified courses in marketing. They've been so helpful!
Hubspot brings all of the elements of content marketing into a single platform and makes it easy to manage complex tasks and schedules with automation. Landing pages, website CTAs, blogging, SEO, emailers, CRM and an entire ecosystem of content can be easily managed and monitored. It took the creative work we have been doing for years and brought order and transparency to all of our processes.
There aren't really any downsides only that it takes time to use it all and understand its full capabilities. You can solve a lot of marketing challenges with it. You might need an expert agency to maximise its potential in your business. The training is a huge help and really brings a lot of its capabilities into focus.
We have brought all of our marketing onto a single platform, simplifying our processes. We have also gained visibility into what is working and what isn't. It also enables us to track sales from the start of the process through to sales and after-sales care. We're seeing the benefit of formalised processes and
I love all of the seamless integration with Salesforce and how intuitive the marketing platform is to use.
We are hosting our website on Hubspot and the page builder seems dated and clunky compared to Elementor.
Being able to identify high-potential leads quickly and understand how they have interacted with us and their interests.
I love HubSpot's ability to allow you to customize your entire marketing interface from top to bottom. The tools are comprehensive and customizable so you can quickly and effectively work on your site.
I think there should be more standardization in the internal organization of HubSpot tools. For example, you can easily organize forms and landing pages into folders, but workflows do not have a folder organization type feature. In addition, some tools allow you to select multiple items and mass edit while other tools do not. I think a standardization across all tools is very needed. Also more robust analytic and reporting features would be very beneficial.
HubSpot has given us a seamless and productive way to host our entire website while giving us the tools necessary to manage our sales funnel and automate important work.
I like the tool tips, chat support, and overall clean look.
having to use subdomains instead of directories because my site is hosted outside of hubspot
improving email marketing segmentation, customer communication
The platform is really intuitive and user-friendly. Help center very proactive and helpful.
I really like everything about the plaftorm
Generate more MQL
Hubspot makes it fairly easy to create and post new landing pages. Very straightforward editing and our design are consistent. Whenever I run into an issue, I have no problem contacting customer support and getting a quick resolution.
Sometimes I want to make a layout change, like spacing, that feels more difficult than necessary and even editing on the backend doesn't always work.
Hubspot landing pages allow our company to quickly add content to our website in a seamless fashion. We also utilize these pages to help us track event registration.
I really enjoy the downloadable templates. Designers, although, necessary, are getting to overcharge in a climate where aesthetics are necessary - but Hubspots templates make for a nice middle ground to get your ideas down and make them digestible and increase the content's value.
The software is dense and the high level concepts are talked about and educated thorough out courses and tutorials but the very nuts and bolts part of doing anything takes time, trial and error, and a little confusion. Their help chat is very responsive and helpful but spending more time or multiple practical demos would be helpful.
My whole team uses it in various degrees and in different areas. So, Hubspot is great at having uniformity across all of its departments, therefore, we can all discuss and help each other figure out the software. For marketing specifically, although it is hard to organize, it gives me a channel and the onsite tools to help SEO, transactions, and analytics.
HubSpot allows us to better qualify contacts coming from web channels thanks to the function of the scoring, but the function which I most like is the possibility of creating workflow and automatize almost every digital marketing flow.
In the function of "live chat" not every person of our team can received notification about who's writing in real time, but just the person who's being assigned the conversation.
Thanks to the free CRM, our Marketing Department can check if the leads we generate are (or not) been contacted by the sales team. In addiction I could create a workflow, through which I can managed and address the requests made on our online chat to the right person in charge.
Customer Service. They are always helpful and very patient. I can get any problem solved with them. They are such nice people. I have also learned a lot from them. They will go in and change something, or they can show you how to do it yourself. You can chat, call or email them. The interface is very good too. Not too crowded, easy to read. Easy on the eyes. We hired someone who works in Hubspot to help us with our website and maintenance.
Editing and formatting your web page. Sometimes it can be hard to get the front and spacing correct and how you want them. You have to know a little bit about code to go in there an fix things.
It has helped our brand. Especially having the new website. It has helped with email marketing. Very good stats. Our sales team can get in there and see whats going on with their clients and prospects. It saves us time and money in the long run. It has been easier to manage our social media. It's a one stop shop for all of our outlets. We can see what other people on the team are going to be posting so we don't overlap.
What I love of using HubSpot is that you can easily launch landing pages and blog within minutes, customizing, adding style and animation is really easy, also you can reuse the styles. The community is really helpful, they answer your questions in a short amount of time. I like the way HubSpot manages the assets of the webpages to improve performance.
I struggled with the page caching the content (stylesheet), so I had to flush the DNS, everytime I change the stylesheet. I had to add a naive piece of code to avoid this bahavior.
Wit HubSpot we can have a fully featured CMS, with marketing tools included, managing the content is so easy. We can move from one implementation or design to another without hassle.
Everything is explained well, and it is very simple to use. When constantly updating information in the back end using hubspot ensures that you can do it quickly and easily. I am not hugely technical so being confident in the back end of website, makes me much more efficient in my work.
when uploading photos to website can be hard to figure out what ones you have uploaded in the back end before you publish it.
you can quickly and easily adjust your website. I like that you are able to double check what the page you are editing looks like before you publish the page. It is also very easy to track how customers are using the website, which is super helpful when you are trailing new methods.
Hubspot is great for workflows, content creation, social media scheduling and training.
You need to have all the software options to fully realize its capabilities (CRM, Sales, Academy, Service)
We have become an actual lead generating machine for our company because of Hubspot and the platforms it offers!
Social media publishing, landing page creation and, the ability to create and send customized emails.
It'd be great to have better reports and analytics for social media to see trends. Also would be nice to see analytics from "smart content" in emails.
Time is saved being able to create marketing materials all in the same platform.
UI and overall experience of HubSpot has been intuitive and above the competition
Recently unveiled things like drag and drop editors are welcome though belated additions.
Automation and workflow enhancement for our sales team has improved
As the marketing lead in my organization, I utilize the website design tools most often.
Cost and lacking certain features are my only dislikes.
HubSpot allows us to manage all of our contacts in one platform, sending them Marketing campaigns and tracking all progress in the customer lifecycle. HubSpot also made it very easy to build an amazing looking website!
I've used Microsoft's and Adobe's CMS platforms over the years, combined with other tools (Constant Contact, Falcon, etc.). HubSpot blows them all away in simplicity. The integration between all the components makes everything work seamlessly. Gone are the days of pulling email addresses from one system and then uploading them into another. From a usability and performance standpoint, the CMS platform is so fast, it's almost like using a desktop app.
It's starting to get to be a bit pricey. The required on-boarding had to be done within a certain time frame that was to Hubspot's convenience, not mine.
Generating and tracking leads. Having better visibility into what a user is viewing and what actions they are taking (or not). This allows us to focus on creating messages vs. spending time manually compiling analytics from different sources.
What I like about HubSpot is how it's a one-stop shop for my marketing needs. I work with social, blogs and emails. HubSpot has a variety of resources and features available that saves me a lot of time and I really appreciate that because I can work smarter every day.
I haven't experienced major issues with HubSpot yet but if there are any, the forums are there to help and also live chats etc. I've had this experience a few times such as when I used the blog for the first time. The HubSpot staff member was there to help me out and it showed how willing they are to help their customers and give them a fantastic experience.
Saving time. HubSpot has a wealth of features which enables me to save time. By utilising an array of fascinating features, it helps me put out great content for our users. Working in blogs, social media, emails and more means that I spend a lot of time on HubSpot and they even have lots of training resources to help their customers get even better at what they do. They are insightful, easy to follow and implement which makes me feel I'm getting a lot out of them. For anyone who hasn't used these resources, I highly recommend because you will learn so much and in a time where social media is changing, so to can you stay ahead of the curb.
I like how the upgrade is an all in one platform. It’s very intuitive, it notifies you what company has viewed your website. Very good on re-marketing
HubSpot lacks rich social media integration. It would be nice to schedule all posts and view analytics in HubSpot.
I don’t have any current problems.
HubSpot makes managing content easy. The platform is intuitive to use.
There are weird quirks if you open HubSpot in Safari.
Managing a blog. Simple, but effective functionality and automation makes blog management fun.
