The ability to task other coworkers and the ability to “watch” a task or project so I stay in the loop.
I’d like the option to view all the tasks that I’ve assigned myself, filtering out tasks given to me by other coworkers. Sometimes it’s hard to use this software as a prioritizing manager because I’m not the only one assigning tasks, due dates, and priority levels.
Remembering monthly tasks in projects is helpful because I can set tasks to reoccur every month, week, etc. otherwise, I might forget to do those tasks! Another problem it solves is that with reoccurring tasks, I can keep the descriptions...so I never have to try and find the info I need, it’s always there every month. It’s also great for looking at historical data - if I am on a new project, I can view previously completed tasks to see how long they took other coworkers or any notes/feedback they added to the task.
Project tasking and tracking of the projects.
Time tracking is limited it feels. Does not integrate well on mobile
Managing projects for websites
Easy and organized project management for the team.
Cannot be linked to some of our tools like semrush.
Project management and organization. Unorganized task, no milestone and deliverables. Unable to track down task that needs to be done. Unable to decide which projects are urgent or important.
The teamwork Gantt Chart was great to work with.
The layout of the web app is hard to navigate. Creating tasks and projects, it's too easy to get lost. The Gantt chart is the only way to make it usable in my opinion.
We were trying to use it for project management.
The best feature about Teamwork is the ability to track time and log billable hours. For revenue tracking, this is an important feature that is not yet available with other platforms.
It is not particularly visually appealing or as user friendly as other platforms. Projects can't be imported as easily, the tags get messy quickly.
Teamwork is only being used by part of our organization to track billable hours and recognize revenue. That feature is the only reason it's currently being used as the rest of our organization has moved to Asana.
-Very capable with some really good features. -Integrates into their other products such as CRM and helpdesk platform -Responsive to feedback -Have desktop app -Gantt chart feature is great -Ability to have dependant tasks
-Too complex -Silly extra steps -Overly complicated for 95% of users -Illogical features and steps -Constantly changing things without warning -No ability to add checklists similar to Trello -Can be slow to use -Frustrating trying to work out what some features do or where they are hidden -Too many features
Keeping track of projects. It did allow us to track a lot of things and allocate jobs to individuals
I like that Teamwork allows you to assign and outline different tasks. You can assign any given task or sub-task to any given number of users. There is a lot of room for customization.
Teamwork isn't very user friendly. There are a lot of menus and tabs, all over the interface. It is very easy to get lost or confused in what you are doing. They need to simplify.
It is a great way for first timers working on a project to see an overview of what is to come.
It allows everyone to be one the same page all at once.
it takes awhile to get it to work every one has to work together to get it to work
class projects
Teamwork is easy to use and intuitive. It has a great set of features for recurring tasks and the document attachment to tasks and projects are very well done.
As a marketing department, we want people to be able to submit standardized requests through request forms. Teamwork lacked the functionality to create these request forms so it made it difficult for us to use.
As the director of a marketing department that serves 300 staff and 5 locations, my goal is to have an understanding of the volume and type of requests my staff are getting and help them manage these and prioritize them. We are trying to gather standard information for each project and so we want software to assist us with these functions.
The interface is easy to use for the most part when it comes to creating to do list items.
- To cancel, they don't allow you to email the request in. - To cancel, they ask 4-6 questions before being able to cancel. - Even after all the required information is provided, the cancel button is disabled. - Numerous emails with the billing department have not resolved the issue of canceling the subscription. - The customer support is subpar the moment you want to cancel the subscription. - The pricing options do not work well if your team consists of 2 people.
Teamwork initially helped with mapping out the phases of the project and what needed to happen each week to complete the project on time.
It does allow me to communicate with our team and I can tag people to notify them. Maybe if you only use one part of the system it would be good.
The whole system is very disjointed and quite frankly I really don't like it. Nothing is simple or easy to use. Regardless of the web app or the desktop versions, you end up with three separate apps and it's a PITA to use.
Team communication and project management. I want to say how it's solving something and benefiting us but I feel like there are a dozen other tools that are better to use and are efficient to use.
I guess the task lists. Otherwise, it's just not intuitive and doesn't have the integrations other CRMs have.
Lack of integration. We are using Copper and it pulls all our communications automatically and has significantly better task lists. The notifications and setup is just not great on Teamwork. I don't like it.
It's alright for storing files by clients, but otherwise it isn't a great project management tool.
Easily able to assign tasks to members of the team.
Newly designed interface requires extra steps to reach the projects/campaigns that you wish to work on. Highly unreliable system in terms of uptime and server errors which delays the logging of work.
We can see which members of the team work more on a campaign.
i liked the collbration and timer app and timer chattimer desk
i never see any bad items i it and price also very less
it reduced lot of time by using chat
