I wouldn't say I like the design of the invitation email to external guests. I would design it copying Google's design.

Scoro is a robust project management software that is perfect for agencies. We got it because it consolidates information from quote to production to invoice, giving us visibility throughout. They have also continuously improved and added features and integrations to make it even better. It's exceeded our expectations.
Scoro does have more of a learning curve since it does have so much. You'll want someone to walk through getting new users and team members used to the platform and set up custom dashboards.
Scoro helps gets our sales, project management, and production teams on the same page and working effectively. Simultaneously it lets the management view metrics and reports that make sure that everything is happening efficiently and profitably.
Nearly every day we find a new way to improve our Business or Business processes with Scoro. From reports to custom modules and new integrations or features each month. Always a winner.
Not to much to dislike, for the most part it solves the majority of our business needs and the support and request for features are great.
We went from 7 different software's to 3 and have improved our metrics and reduced our "excel spreadsheets" to almost non existent. Our reporting is exponentially better than before.

There are still many functions that I didn't use, and it takes longer time to learn. However, I don't really have anything that I dislike.
Project tracking - basically is the best all in one portal that I can save everything in this platform
Scoro's best attribute is his attention to detail. Administrative duties in Scoro might consume a significant amount of time, but they provide a centralized view of the project's status. Never before has it been easier to assign work to other team members.
It is a collaborative tool that delivers more data concerning each commitment. It has operated without issue, although I wish it were less expensive. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say about the application.
Teamwork and organization have all grown better. With Scoro, I can schedule our post-production work weeks, including review rounds and backup plans, in advance.
I really like that I can see the conversations that my colleagues have had with each of the client about the situation that's in the client's family, so we can manage the cases in a convenient way
Reminding my colleagues to write tasks, so I can see what they are doing :) Sometimes they forgot. Also, in our work specific there is no need for the finances management in SCORO
We can overview all the social cases very easily and that saves time, also we can export e-mails and different info, which means I do not need to keep it all in million excel files and drives
For me, the software is spectacular. I have been able to accurately assess the work team through the collaboration that the interface allows. It helps me to visualize more comfortably any element or determining factor of my task processes. The interface has many tools and looks very impressive.
I must mention that the program is excellent; it has no problems; on the contrary, it is very productive and adapts to any operating system.
Scoro is a program that has become necessary because we use it daily to have a very smooth activity in our projects. Multiple departments have added it to their schedule of activities to run a very professional and fun function that allows for efficient collaboration.
